I purchased this blind seeking a dupe for JPG Elixir; it has the same notes but the quality is very poor. Its flaw is the opening: it feels dry even without scent. As it dries down and time passes, it improves, bringing out the sweet and vanilla notes everyone enjoys. Longevity and projection aren’t the best, but considering the price, it’s quite decent. Note, it’s not a proper blind buy.
I bought this blind as a dupe for JPG Le Male Elixir; it shares the same notes but the quality is far inferior. Its weak point is the opening, which feels dry even without any scent. Once it dries down and time passes, it becomes more pleasant, revealing the sweet and vanilla notes everyone loves. Longevity and projection aren’t the best, but for the price, it’s quite good. Bear in mind, it’s not a true blind buy.
Few perfumes have pleased me as much as JPG Le Male Elixir; it’s a great alternative. The scent is rich, with a very pleasant moderate trail and excellent longevity, matching the original. I view it as more suitable for nights out, dinners, or dancing, although it’s not bothersome at all during the day. In dry winter weather, it lasts 10 hours without problems before fading to skin-only scent. The trail is moderate to light for the first hour, with constant waves in my personal bubble lasting many hours after. In Chile, it costs $12-15 dollars.
As rarely happens, JPG Le Male Elixir is an excellent alternative. It’s not identical, but the scent is rich, with a pleasant moderate trail and top-tier longevity, just like the original. I see it as perfect for nights out, dinners, and dancing, though it’s not intrusive at all during the day. In dry winter conditions, it lasts 10 hours without issue before settling close to the skin. The trail is moderate for the first hour, with constant waves within my personal bubble lasting many hours afterwards. Price in Chile: $12-15 USD.
