Clean and simple scent, perfect when you don’t want to overthink things. The opening is a synthetic fruity note, like shower gel. For the price, it does its job for everyday wear without worry, though it doesn’t really surprise. Others find it fades quickly, but my 2022 batch lasts me six hours.

Smells like Calvin Klein One Y and Versace Black, nothing new under the sun.

On its own it’s decent; I’ve had it for four years. I use it sparingly because the performance isn’t the best; it’s adequate but nothing more. It’s good for a pinch, but not something to wear as your signature, as it resembles many others on the market.

Delicious.

It’s that typical fruity aroma with a very striking pineapple opening. It reminded me a bit of Jaguar Black. It’s pleasant, but in terms of performance, it’s just about right. I do like the packaging: eye-catching, simple, and easy to use. Overall, there are better options in this type of fragrance.

It’s a waste of money. The scent is very good, but it doesn’t last on the skin and lacks projection for the price we paid. There are many better options available.

I’m wearing it at the office right now; I’ve had it since almost its launch in 2015/2016 in a small 50ml bottle. It’s sweet, fresh, youthful, and fruity. What stands out most is the pineapple combined with melon, highlighted by a subtle touch of pink pepper that makes them effervescent. At the base, softened patchouli with suede. Jimmy Choo Man is rich, easy to wear, and pleasant. The performance isn’t remarkable, that’s true… but sometimes it’s not necessary; to feel good, we just reapply. Fortunately, I found it again and can enjoy it.

As pleasant as it is fleeting. With all the options available on the market, it’s not worth buying.

I didn’t believe it, but it bears quite a resemblance to Chanel Blue, albeit of lower quality. I like it, but I thought it was something different. I might layer it to get more out of the good Jimmy.

In a local shop with limited options, I tried several bottles before finding this one. Despite its flaws, I have no regrets. The opening is a fresh, earthy patchouli mixed with the kick of pink pepper; it’s very explosive yet pleasant. It then settles into smoked, sweet pineapple with incense and spices; the fruity notes dominate with a bitter touch, very masculine. The base features a soft, suede-like powdery texture, with clean lavender adding warmth. It’s a delicate fruity-aromatic fragrance that conquers any olfactory demand. Ideal for spring and summer, I wear it at the office despite it being fragile and close to the skin; bursts of this intoxicating scent last about three hours. It’s cheerful, jovial, and youthful, with a subtle elegance suitable for any occasion. Its drawback is longevity and projection; you need to spray sparingly. A pity because it smells exquisite. It generates compliments if someone gets close, but perhaps its flankers are better. For the price and quality, there are better options.

I’ve been using it occasionally for almost a year and I’m reviewing it because I see it’s undervalued here. Perhaps it’s due to a lack of advertising or because some YouTuber criticised it and their followers repeated the sentiment (as happened with D&G K EDT, which I’m glad didn’t become as widespread). It’s not a very original scent, having similarities with Bleu (EDT) and Coach for Men, but I don’t see it as negative since I like both. It’s not bad either; it happens with many brands; how many perfumes have been inspired by Invictus or One Million? Even high-end houses have their versions. Here, at least, Jimmy Choo has a good price: I saw testers for €20 and online deals for €30. Scent: fruity opening (melon) with lavender and pink pepper, which lasts quite a while (it’s linear) before giving way to suede (an elegant touch for me) and patchouli at the base. It’s simple, with little evolution, but pleasant and functional. If you have 300 perfumes, it might be redundant, but if you want to reduce your collection, it’s a versatile option. The performance isn’t great, but it doesn’t last minutes nor does it require 20 sprays (the atomiser is excellent); it lasts on skin for about 3-5 hours depending on the weather (lasts longer on clothes) and projects softly to moderate bursts almost all the time, barely noticeable. With a price similar to Zara, it’s acceptable. In the end, it’s subjective opinion; you have to try it on skin. If it lasts 5 minutes, discard and keep trying. Best regards.

Rich, fresh, and sophisticated aroma! The downside is its poor performance: low longevity. Nevertheless, I recommend it.

I was gifted two 1.5ml samples and tested them during the day, afternoon, and evening. The scent is pleasant but not intense, with medium-low sillage and a maximum longevity of two hours. I was surprisingly disappointed by the longevity and sillage; I don’t understand how a branded fragrance at that price can have such poor quality in these aspects. I over-applied it, and it still lasts the same. I do not recommend buying it because, for the price, it fails on quality; better to choose another fragrance. Update! It really smells like Blue Chanel? That’s absurd. I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but this bears no resemblance at all. Those who claim to smell pineapple… this smells only of citrus; neither melon nor pineapple is noticeable. It doesn’t declare lemon or bergamot, yet it smells basically like that, with very mediocre performance.

I tried it today and noticed nothing of the pineapple, which is so delicious in Vibram Leather. I found it flat and subtle, smelling like Good Boy. It lacks magic and charm. It smells very soda-like with low longevity and projection. Based on the reviews, I thought it would be better. Buying blind doesn’t always work.

A fragrance that has completely taken me in, with that initial soapy lavender note blending beautifully with the fruits and a pleasant sweetness. What really hooks me is the dry-down: sweet, soft, woody, with that pineapple fruity touch, simply exquisite. If the projection were better, it would be a beast; right now the trail is moderate and lasts about two hours. I love it! I have nothing like this in my collection, it’s a unique scent. Perhaps BLEU de Chanel, although I’ve never tried it, has a similar nuance; I’m sure I’ll adore it.

A fragrance I love, with a soapy and lavender opening that gives way to fruits and a sweet touch. The dry down is my favourite part: soft, woody, and with pineapple. If the projection were better, it would be a 10. The sillage is moderate and lasts about two hours. I like it very much! I didn’t have anything like this in my collection, similar to BLEU de Chanel. Although I don’t own it or have tried it, I’m sure if it shares any nuances, I would adore it.

I own both, Bleu and Man, and they are different. Longevity and sillage are not the same; on my skin, Man lasts longer but Bleu projects better. Jimmy Choo maintains its sweetness when dry with pineapple and melon, whereas Bleu stays on lime. For a price much lower than Bleu, it’s an excellent perfume. 7/10.
Aromatico99
It doesn’t resemble Bleu de Chanel; it has its own vibe. It’s one of those perfumes that may seem generic, but its aim is clear: to please everyone, especially women, who find it striking and sexy. That mix of pineapple juice and suede is irresistible. If you’re looking for something super-reliable with the ladies, this is it. It’s the only thing it has in common with Bleu. If you’re seeking complexity, it’s not for you. It lasts six hours, projecting for the first two; to make it last longer, spray it a couple of times on your clothes.

Another forgettable toy. What were aquatic fragrances in the 90s now seems to be achieved by adding a touch of smoked pineapple and calling it a day. We all smell the same now, even if we don’t apply the same things. It could go in the Mont Blanc catalogue, be a flanker of Invictus, or an unnecessary reissue without respect for good perfumery. Sillage and longevity are precarious, although it is playful, urban, and modern. It doesn’t smell bad, but to be the first work of an elite house, it falls far short of other brands, even its own female debutant. With Jimmy Choo, the saying ‘stick to your trade’ applies, although it doesn’t seem directly like Bleu de Chanel.

On my skin, it smells 90% like Bleu de Chanel, with the same sillage and longevity. If you like that style, it’s a good option and much more economical.
Juanpasiones
It’s clearly inspired by Bleu de Chanel EDT and that means it smells very good. Only that this one has even less longevity and projection, which is saying a lot. The good thing is that it has a contained price and you can overapply. I’m using it now; I sprayed 10 times on the body and 10 on the shirt; the trail is moderate and the duration between 6 and 8 hours. It goes straight into the ‘you can bathe in it’ category.
Juanpasiones
Clearly inspired by Bleu de Chanel EDT and it smells absolutely fantastic. The only drawback is that it lacks longevity and projection, but that doesn’t make it a bargain. The good thing is that being affordable, you feel brave enough to overapply it. I’m wearing it right now; I sprayed 10 times on my body and 10 on my shirt, and the trail is moderate, lasting between 6 and 8 hours. It’s a scent you could literally bathe in.

I tried it off the cuff and it didn’t leave me too blown away… It starts very fresh and spicy, lasting a good while before turning citrusy, aromatic, and fruity… At that point, I confused it with Blue de Chanel, almost identical, probably due to the pink pepper. Later, the soft leather with a creamy texture and the pineapple take over, leaving a pleasant finish… Key notes: pink pepper and white fruit… Interesting, nothing more.

Jimmy Choo Man is the designer’s first men’s fragrance and starts with a proposal that’s hardly daring, almost common, yet it smells very good. It has a delicious fruity opening: pineapple, pepper, and melon; I wish it lasted longer. Although it doesn’t change much in its development, it fades to skin level very quickly, which is a shame. Afterwards, it smells similar to many others, like Bleu de Chanel EDT. It projects little and its longevity reached 6 hours on me. It’s versatile, youthful, and fresh; if you’re looking for something without risks, buy it blind for its price, but if you want something distinguished, this won’t deliver.

It has a delicious fruity opening with pineapple, pepper, and melon; I wish that phase lasted longer. Although it doesn’t change much during its development, it fades to skin level very quickly, which is a pity. Afterwards, it smells similar to many others; one I can cite is Bleu de Chanel EDT. As I said, it projects little and its longevity reached 6 hours on me. It’s versatile, youthful, and fresh; if you’re looking for something risk-free, buy it blind as it’s not too expensive, but if you want something distinguished, this won’t deliver.

I tried the Jhonn Snow fragrance and I remember liking it, but it didn’t blow my mind, which is probably why I’ve forgotten its scent.

Since I tried a sample, I had no doubt in buying it, and this type of fragrance suits my skin very well.
ShiseidoTactics
It reminds me of the Dunhill style: fresh, elegant, and a bit generic, but with that something that makes you want to re-spray it. It’s fruity with pepper; compared to Hugo Boss ‘Red’, this German one is a bomb. Here the pepper is softer but noticeable, alongside the freshness of the pineapple (I can’t distinguish leaf from fruit; for me, it’s pure pineapple). Dramatically, it’s the cologne version of Creed’s ‘Aventus’. It won’t be a priority for future purchases, but I’ll keep it in mind.
