Smells good. It’s very similar to Chanel’s Egoïste Platinum, but here the fresh notes take precedence over the creamy, talc-like quality of the original, making it less elegant and formal. It’s more suited for everyday wear and summer, though it holds up in the cold as its citrus notes aren’t aggressive. Ésika has interesting fragrances; worth trying.
Sold in Colombia as WINNER SPORT; it’s fresh and summery as the name suggests. Longevity is around four hours, with moderate trail and projection. For the price, a good choice.
In Colombia, this fragrance is marketed as WINNER SPORT, which, as the name suggests, is a fresh and summery scent, very sporty. Longevity: about four hours. Trail/projection: moderate. For the price, it’s a good choice.
Fresh fragrance with a strong, very alcoholic opening but it dries down quickly. The citrus notes dominate the scent, and after a few hours the cedar wraps around them, leaving everything close to the skin. The trail is moderate and drops off fast. It’s a fresh, good, pretty, and cheap fragrance.
A fresh fragrance with a strong, very alcoholic opening but a quick dry-down. The citrus notes come through and dominate the aroma; after a couple of hours, the cedar note envelops the citrus, which are still perceptible close to the skin. The trail is moderate and fades quickly. It’s a fresh, good, nice, and cheap fragrance.
A strong scent at first, it seems like deodorant and wasn’t particularly pleasant for me, especially during the dry-down, where it becomes bitter and ends up smelling unpleasant.
A great catalogue fragrance, economical, long-lasting, and with a very good aroma. Masculine and fresh, as if you were underneath a damp forest with moss and wet earth, with fruity tones leaning towards citrus. A fresh, very masculine perfume with good longevity and explosive projection at the start.
What a lovely aroma; very masculine and suited to warm climates; in fact, in the ÉSika catalogues, they feature a model on the beach. It’s very unlikely to bother anyone, nor can I imagine someone who wouldn’t like it, though there might be a few, so the cost (a little over $10) makes it a very good purchase. Some say it smells very similar to Bentley for Men Azure; the projection is phenomenal and the longevity is quite good. I recommend it.
What a lovely scent, very masculine and perfect for warm climates; Ésika’s catalogues feature it with a model on the beach. It’s unlikely to bother anyone and most will probably like it, though there may be exceptions. I paid just over $10 and it was a very good purchase. They say it smells similar to Bentley for Men Azure; the projection is phenomenal and the longevity is quite good. I recommend it.
I bought it because of good YouTube reviews recommending it for price and ‘quality’… It has a strong opening but fades quickly, within about 15 minutes, then sits close to the skin for another three hours before needing reapplication. I perceive the aroma as more herbal than citrus, with a soapy touch like straight out of the shower, perhaps with a 90s vibe. Personally, I didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend the purchase or that it’s worth it.
When people talk about fragrances similar to shower gel or deodorant, this is exactly that. It’s a fresh, slightly vintage scent, though it doesn’t smell of an older person; it just evokes memories from 15, 20, or more years ago. For me, it’s dispensable, but it could serve for post-shower use or sports. Beyond that, I can’t see much use for it. It’s not unpleasant, but it smells like you’ve sprayed deodorant on yourself.
Bought it because of good reviews on YouTube for its price and ‘quality’… It has a strong opening but fades rapidly, around 15 minutes, then sits close to the skin for another three hours before needing reapplication. I perceive the aroma as more herbal than citrus, though present, with a soapy smell like straight out of the shower. As I’ve read elsewhere, it has a retro vibe, perhaps from the 90s. Personally, I didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend buying it.
Very cheap perfume with a strong aromatic and citrus scent, but the performance is extremely poor. For the price, it’s okay, but I’d only recommend it for the gym, not for more than two hours of wear.
Soft and fresh scent, ideal for summer. I loved it; it smells clean and soapy with a herbal touch. However, the projection and longevity are poor at just 15 minutes, and it fades quickly.
Smells good, but the longevity and projection aren’t the best; on my skin it lasts about three hours. Given the price, it’s worth buying decants and reapplying as often as you like.
Smells good, but longevity and projection aren’t its strong points. On my skin, it lasts about three hours, so for the price it has, the best option is to use decants and reapply frequently.
Citrus opening and rich with marked lemon and cedar, plus a herbal part that I like. As the name says, it’s for sport only, haha. I give it 5 out of 10.
I cannot be impartial about this scent; I used it at 12 years old and bought it again this year, 20 years later, so it has great sentimental value. It has a slightly alcoholic opening but settles quickly, allowing its fresh character to come through. I detect a metallic touch that enhances the freshness, but I’m not sure which note gives that effect (perhaps geranium?). In the end, it sweetens a bit during dry down due to the tonka bean, but that doesn’t take away its fresh identity. It is very economical and its scent doesn’t feel as generic today (they say it resembles Platinum Egoiste but as I don’t own it I can’t comment), although there is a well-known deodorant that smells somewhat similar. It is perfect for sport and the gym thanks to its greater flaw: its poor longevity, as it will make you feel like you’ve just stepped out of the shower for an hour or two at most, without invading anyone’s nose or space.
Tested aroma; it’s potent and versatile. It resembles Chanel Egoïste Platinum but is more commercial and priced at catalogue level. The fixation is light, so you must reapply obligatorily for it to last and be noticeable. Performance is short, but if you grab it on offer for under $10, it’s a good option for cheap fragrance without smelling like a drugstore cologne. It smells dignified and pleasant, ideal for daytime anywhere, although it may lose strength in intense cold.
A proven scent, something known to work and be versatile. In the style of Chanel Platinum Egoiste, more commercial and at catalogue price. You must be clear that the fixation is light and this is a perfume that needs reapplication, yes or yes, if you want it to last. The performance is short, but bought on offer for under $10 it’s a good option for low-cost perfuming with a nice aroma. It doesn’t smell like cheap alcohol or a pharmacy cologne. It is dignified and smells very pleasant. A daytime scent for any occasion, except when it’s colder, as it might lose strength then.
Kalos Sport is a fragrance from years ago in Ésika’s catalogue, although they have since changed the bottle to dark blue and the scent is no longer the same as described. Now it is similar but more updated and fruity. The opening is quite loud, but then it fades and settles into a soft cologne. Ideal for short trips where you want to smell good for a couple of hours.
Test of two sprays on the arm: Pleasant, versatile, adequate and fresh. Lasts a short time (3-4 hours), but if you like soft fragrances that don’t bother others, this is the typical male scent for the heat, suitable for both young and older gentlemen. If you catch it on offer, it doesn’t hurt to reapply. Price in Chile: $10-12 for 100ml on offer.
Catalogue perfume. It came as a gift with a pack of deodorants. Smells clean, nothing more. Longevity and sillage are limited; it’s for heading to the gym.
Kalos Sport is economical and functional: fresh, uncomplicated and good for casual or sport use. It delivers if you’re looking for something simple and clean, but it falls short on impact, originality and performance. A good option for those who don’t want to spend, but not for anyone expecting a perfume with presence or evolution. It resembles Chanel Platinum Egoiste but lacks the refinement and unquestionable quality of the French brand.
I feel very clean, fresh and sporty. Perfect for any occasion. I used to love the scent of Kalos when I had the 10ml decant; now I use it as deodorant and talcum powder, but this is better. I’ve had it for a long time.
Simple, sporty, just as its name suggests. Smells like a cologne, nothing more, but rich. Ideal for days between 25 and 30 degrees.
Smells delicious and feels like a treat in the heat. The opening is herbaceous with a bitter touch, but as it dries down, a sweetness emerges that makes it very versatile. It has a powdery air; it’s a classic from Ésika/Lbel. Very well balanced and my favourite from the brand, but the longevity and projection are very poor. It would be a 10/10 if not for that, considering it costs less than $15.
