It reminds me of Jungle Elephant but acidic. That acidity is what turns me off; the Elephant is warmer and lacks that grating note I dislike, which even gives me a headache. I prefer the Elephant. It’s a different perfume, with personality and an enveloping quality. This Tiger just doesn’t work for me…
As soon as I apply it, the first thing I notice is the cinnamon, osmanthus and an amber touch. As it dries down, the citrus and ylang-ylang emerge without losing that woody base. The initial intensity softens over time (at least on my skin). I consider it totally unisex and, honestly, it doesn’t smell anything like Jungle Elephant to me.
,It looks elegant and sophisticated; I didn’t expect that when I saw it was discontinued. Although it smells like Jungle Elephant, it doesn’t even begin to compare to the Tiger; the latter captivates, envelops and calls to you. It’s nocturnal, fiery and sensual.
