As no one has reviewed this fragrance, I wanted to share my opinion. I got it through an exchange and it was a blind buy. The truth is, it couldn’t have surprised me more! It opens with a very juicy pear but in no way cloying, before giving way to a rose sweetened by honey. I don’t feel it’s a dry rose or the flower of the Rose, but rather the petals and their essence. As the name says, the petals of the nectar. When it dries down, that’s what remains: honeyed rose petals. I don’t know the EDP, and although it’s an EDT, its longevity isn’t bad at all. I tested it in temperate weather of 20-26°C and it lasted about 5 hours. I find it very versatile, in no way intrusive or cloying, but it feels close to the skin for long hours. Its trail isn’t very wide, but it accompanies well without being overwhelming. Although it has nothing to do with the Pure, it keeps its DNA.
It’s delicious! The pear and honey are noticeable at first, sweet but not cloying. Then the rose emerges. It gives a sense of cleanliness, delicacy, tenderness… As for longevity, it’s appropriate for an EDT; it doesn’t project too much, although I’d love if it did, but it has quite decent skin fixation. It was a totally successful blind buy; I love it. A later note after several wears: I love it! I love wearing it to bed. I wake up without smelling it on my skin, but it lingers on my pyjamas; I can’t stop sniffing them… ❤️
A super delicate honeyed rose. A sweet yet wearable perfume. It’s the only one with honey I can tolerate. I think its blend with rose gives it personality. It’s that scent we get when we press our nose to the petals of a rose on a very cold day. The wood tames the sweetness and makes it interesting. It’s a very faithful EDT version of the EDP. Its performance is superior as an EDT and the trail is excellent. I think it’s ideal for fresh days, preferably mid-season.
What a gorgeous fragrance! It projects a lot and you can feel it all day. It reminds me of my beloved Ange ou en l’abîme; it doesn’t resemble it exactly, but it evokes that same sparkling, sweet, refreshing and feminine feeling.
Versatile for spring and summer, though I absolutely adore it in spring. It beautifully unites two super-sweet notes: honey and pear. I bought it because pear is my favourite note, along with peach. I loved it!
