Unmatchable value for money; smells just as good as Une Nuit Nomade, a total hit.

Cheap Italian chemist’s potion. Forget the notes; it’s synthetic and so sweet it’s nauseating. Smells like a strong air freshener that fades in minutes leaving no trace whatsoever. Terrible quality. The opaque aluminium bottle doesn’t show the level, and in my case it wasn’t even close to 100ml; it’s a rip-off. Online it costs €6.50 and isn’t worth it for either the quality or the deception; there are 30ml Nikes for under €3 that smell better.

I was looking for something similar to Dark Amber & Ginger Lily by Jo Malone, but it’s nothing like it. It’s sweet wood (guaiac), tobacco and citrus; it sounds like Mugler or JPG. It’s like the summary of all the sweet men’s perfumes flooding the streets. For around €5, the performance was brilliant: fantastic projection and longevity. I found it very masculine (more than I could handle), so I sold it. Ideal for an informal night out in winter. Pleasant: 6/10 Interesting: 6/10 Versatile: 6/10 Original: 6/10.
