  • I use it often; I’d say it’s a floral unisex scent. The bergamot, musk and flowers are noticeable all day. As a blind buy, it doesn’t disappoint. It’s synthetic, but with an unbeatable price for what it offers.

A fresh fragrance for everyday wear, suitable for daytime and spring-summer. It wasn’t too strong… it has average longevity and sillage but I wouldn’t buy it again as it passed without making much of an impression.

  • For its soft, fresh and sparkling scent, it feels like you’ve just stepped out of the shower. I recommend it for going to work as it’s not overpowering and keeps you feeling clean and comfortable all day. It’s my daily choice alongside Zara’s Orchid.

  • Due to its soft, fresh and sparkling aroma, it gives the sensation of having just come out of the shower. I recommend it for going to work as it’s not intrusive and makes you feel clean and comfortable all day. It’s my daily choice alongside the Orchid by Zara.

I love the little bottle and fresh citrus perfumes, which are my favourites. I went to try it at the perfumery and when the assistant sprayed it, she had to step back due to the acidic, sharp and bitter attack. What a total disappointment.

I absolutely love the little bottle and the fresh citrus scents, but when I tried it in the shop, the assistant had to step back due to the sharp, bitter acidity. What a disappointment.

My first 100% citrus scent. Smells clean and fresh. I picked it up at a good price in Argentina and liked it, although it’s nothing that will freshen your breath. Ideal for everyday wear, especially in the heat. If I had to choose a citrus, I’d go with Light Blue by DG a thousand times, but to save money, this is a very good option.

I’m not an expert. Very fresh cologne. At first it seems very strong but loses its punch in a couple of minutes. It reminds me of Armand Basi In Red (first 30 mins) and for some reason to Puig’s fresh lavender cologne, the classic litre one. Perhaps because it’s like the cologne you put on after a summer shower to feel clean and fresh for longer, which is why I consider it unisex. It’s perfect for gifting, like giving a bottle of Nenuco. I have it in my back drawer but wouldn’t buy it again. On my skin the trail is very poor (about 30 mins) and the longevity on the skin is very scarce, I don’t think it reaches two hours. If I want that sensation but more lasting, I’d use Christian Dior Escale à Portofino which lasts much longer, though the price triples.

A fresh, floral and feminine fragrance. Not very complex but long-lasting. It’s mainly citrus, feeling like bergamot or lemon with a watery or synthetic touch, and a base of woods and white flowers that give it body and softness. The musk adds cleanliness. The opening is quite plain, almost ugly, but it becomes more pleasant once dry. It delivers on being refreshing, fitting the line of Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege. Medium duration, leaning towards short. The trail is skin-close but if a breeze passes you can smell it. A safe buy, nothing innovative but pleasant. I had tried it before with something stronger and didn’t notice it, but in the hand it’s very pretty. Not for normal price, but if you see it on offer, yes.

  • I tried it in a perfumery: opening pure lemon, then the citrus drops and it becomes a bathroom air freshener scent, nothing sophisticated, for spring/summer daytime… not for me. It didn’t last long either, gone in an hour. I’d give it 5/10.

  • I was gifted a 100 ml bottle these Christmas and I’m delighted. The citrus notes are noticeable, along with white flowers (I smell jasmine) and a spicy touch (I detect loads of pepper and sometimes sneeze when I apply it), which gives it incredible personality. On my skin it lasts longer than expected, about 5-7 hours, I think it depends on the heat. I apply a lot (3 on the neck, 2 on the wrists, 2 on clothes) and leave an impressive trail. It’s very versatile, suitable for daytime wear, but not seasonal; the spicy notes mean it can be worn all year. I don’t know the price as it was a gift, but I recall it was 20-25€ (100 ml) in store, an excellent price.

  • I was gifted a 100ml bottle these Christmas and I’m delighted. The citrus accords are noticeable, along with white florals (I mainly smell jasmine) and there’s an underlying spicy note (I detect a lot of pepper and in fact I’ve sneezed when spraying it) which gives it incredible character; I couldn’t like it more. On my skin, the longevity is longer than expected, around 5-7 hours, I think it depends on the temperature. I use quite a few sprays (3 on the neck, 2 on wrists, 2 on clothes) and as I moved around the house, I left an impressive trail. I think it’s very versatile, definitely for day wear but I don’t believe it’s seasonal; it can be worn any time of year despite having spring and summer notes; I suppose the spicy notes give me that sensation. I don’t know the exact price as it was a gift, but I recall seeing it in store for no more than 20-25€ (100ml), which I consider an excellent price.

  • On hot days, I come back from the beach, shower and put this on. The opening is like peeling a tangerine, then I notice lots of lemon. Very fresh and simple, a summer cologne.

  • At first, I didn’t like it much as I was used to sweet perfumes, but over time I’ve learned to appreciate citrus, especially in this heat we have in Spain. This Mandarin Duck is a good budget option for citrus lovers with a pepper note. If you don’t like pepper, bear in mind it’s spicy and prominent at the start. The floral part, which begins a couple of minutes later, I mainly detect as freesia, one of the freshest. In the base, there’s a notable musk and a light cedar, giving it a pleasant woody touch. It’s clean, refreshing and unisex, with a noticeable trail and good longevity, lasting 6-7 hours on my skin and longer on clothes. It evokes informal white linen clothes and a breeze on hot days, perfect for a well-balanced citrus, neither too sweet nor overly acidic. It’s very affordable. However, despite Nathalie Lorson’s great work, I don’t consider it original. Although enjoyable in summer, personally I don’t count it among my favourite citrus scents and when the bottle is finished, I won’t be repurchasing. Scent 6/10 Longevity 6.5/10 Sillage 7.5/10 Value for money 3.5/10 Versatility 6/10 Packaging 2/10 Would I buy again? Probably not.

  • A very citrusy and refreshing perfume for summer, especially on those days of extreme heat. It has excellent projection and is quite long-lasting for the price. Without a doubt, a good fragrance.

  • I love it. It’s citrusy, lasts quite well and has a moderate trail for the first hour. You can smell the pepper, but it’s not overpowering. In Cabotine by Gres, there’s a spicy note that gives me a sneeze, but here the pepper blends nicely with the citrus and white florals.

  • I love this scent. It’s a fairly long-lasting citrus with moderate projection for the first hour; you can detect the pepper but it’s not unpleasant. For instance, in Gres Cabotine there’s a slightly spicy note that irritates my nose and makes me sneeze, but here the pepper is beautifully integrated with the citrus and white florals.

Smells like D&G Light Blue. I bought it seeking something faerie-like, green, plant or ivy, but this is fresher and citrusy. Still, it’s enchanting. The trail is moderate but lingers on clothes until the next day 👌
