Neither the nice packaging nor the diffuser justify bottling a juice that clearly comes from L’Aventure by Al Haramain, yet at a price seven or eight times higher. I could almost forgive the lack of originality if the experience were better, but Matar lives up to its name with an unpleasant synthetic aftertaste at first, accompanied by disagreeable alcohol. It’s a clichéd concept that adds nothing new and ruins other interpretations. Totally dispensable.
Aventus with good performance.
It outperforms the Creed Aventus by 95%. The opening is slightly alcoholic and the dry-down changes, but it smells great. Lasts a long time; I reached 10 hours. Worth it: it’s a better option than the original, with good quality, longevity, and presentation. A must for fans of this style.
I’ve tried almost all Aventus clones, and this is the closest and highest quality for a fair price.
In a world saturated with clones, this offers quality and longevity. For me, a Montblanc Explorer or a Vibrant Leather is enough. Rating: 7/10.
Citrusy, yet it sounds like a copy-paste Aventus; it’s even a bit tedious. Not bad, but it smells like the usual.
