Boadicea words of greater magnitude… I have tried three fragrances from this house and I’ve realised something they do better than most: despite having a multitude of notes they achieve a perfect equilibrium to the millimetre a true virtue! It is completely unisex although it may not appear so at first and the dry-down leans heavily towards the masculine side quite spectacularly. It begins deliciously with a fruity touch oscillating between plum raspberry and pineapple and when it is the cardamom and nutmeg’s turn (I am a novice but I would say those two notes give the blend a smoky air) this seems like a magic potion simmering slowly in a great cauldron at the threshold of a hut in the middle of the forest; yes forest… because although the woody nuances never stand out they are there (moss cedar sandalwood guaiac) and their whispers arrive those of a forest under a witch’s spell whispers that will irremediably lead you to her hut beware there! Versatility… 10/10 any day of the year is good to wear this scent if you learn well how many sprays to apply depending on the situation. Projection… 8/10 a shockwave of 1.5 to 2 metres from the epicentre. Longevity… 9/10 about eight hours and that despite the tests being at not very high temperatures which surprised me quite a bit because when temperatures rise this parameter can skyrocket just as the projection does. Boadicea has assembled the ingredients perfectly in Glorious as if it were a magical spell… beware of the witch! A Nicheboy.
