Nero Riserva by Tucci: Sweetness and Elegance in a Bottle

Nero Riserva is a new women's fragrance from Tucci, launched in 2024. It offers a sweet, vanilla-led character that feels both indulgent and sophisticated.

Its composition blends white florals, citrus, and a creamy white chocolate base, made for those who enjoy a warm, noticeable scent.

The fragrance opens with a bright, fresh burst of bergamot, neroli, orange blossom, pink pepper, and an aquatic note. This lively start soon gives way to a softer, more enveloping heart.

At the heart, marshmallow, Taif rose, and jasmine take the lead. The marshmallow introduces a powdery, candy-like texture, while the florals add an elegant, slightly sensual touch. The result is reminiscent of a refined confection, without being overpowering.

The base is built on white chocolate, vanilla, and musk. These notes create a creamy, long-lasting trail that gently wraps the skin. Musk adds a clean, modern feel that balances the sweetness of the chocolate and vanilla.

Key accords include sweet, vanilla, powdery, chocolate, and white floral. This combination makes it a versatile choice for autumn and winter, though it can also work well at special occasions throughout the year.

Nero Riserva has an average rating of 4.22 out of 5, based on 23 ratings and 8 reviews. A good reception for a new fragrance.

This perfume is aimed at women who love sweet, gourmand, and vanilla-forward fragrances with a powdery, floral edge. Perfect for those seeking a warm, comforting scent with a lingering trail.

Nero Riserva is an interesting addition to the modern sweet perfume scene. Its balance of gourmand and floral makes it an appealing choice for anyone who enjoys creamy, powdery fragrances.

I love this perfume, I feel it for autumn and winter. This fragrance definitely doesn’t work in summer. You can smell many white flowers mixed with a vanilla marshmallow with powdered sugar. I love orange blossom and I feel it very present here. The bottle is beautiful, it lasts about 5 hours, with good sillage and projection. I’ve received compliments. For me it’s a 10/10, but I feel it’s one of those perfumes that you shouldn’t buy blindly. It’s quite sweet and gourmand, but it doesn’t go in the direction that’s currently fashionable of cotton candy, red fruits or caramel. It’s an unusual sweetness. Excellent value for money.

Same DNA as Oriana and Love Don’t be shy. Affordable price. You have to let it rest because the first spray is quite ‘harsh’. In my case it was pure jasmine. After a few weeks the other notes began to emerge.

  3. The worst purchase you could make in your life, the smell is okay, generic, that’s what it is, but it doesn’t last even 1 hour on the skin and on top of that the applicator is bad… I tell you honestly, I used it once, because the smell was good, but I can’t even carry it in my purse because it leaks, I ended up giving it away, horrendous.

I had it last year and I loved using it in cold season. I love the orange blossom note, it’s one of my favourites and here I feel it fully playing with the marshmallow aroma. Good longevity on my skin and beautiful presentation.

  5. It’s a delightful perfume, the three Bs: good, nice, and cheap. Highly recommended. I see it as versatile for day or night. It has that fresh orange blossom opening, and when it dissipates, the gourmand part remains. Spectacular.

  6. It’s very sexy and attractive. Night-time without being adult or elegant. It’s playful, very sweet, with a distant air of l’Interdit (because of the soapy jasmines). I’d wear it a lot in autumn to go to work.

  7. Honestly, I didn’t like it at all. Of all the ADN Oriana, nothing is further. Anel declares white chocolate, but I smell cocoa butter, those from the 80s when the bar went hard and dry. I really like Tucci perfumes, but this one honestly not at all!

  8. I smell a coffee note that isn’t listed in the fragrance pyramid. It’s a pretty perfume, but I don’t like that coffee note because it’s not my style. Poor longevity, poor projection, good price, good option for everyday wear.
