  It’s a beast, one of the best that have come my way. I want to buy it now, although the price of £245 for 50ml gives me a little fright, but in the end I think it’s worth every penny. The opening is brutal: the best pistachio cream I’ve tried, nothing cloying and so real it’s as if you’re spreading it on. But then comes the neroli and that’s another level: sweet without being over the top, citrusy but not acidic, super fresh with a touch of talc that doesn’t smother. It’s the quintessential spring unisex cologne, perfect, just like those Moroccan pistachio and orange blossom water pastries. I can’t think of any excuse not to wear it and, honestly, I can’t see the day I don’t buy it.

  It smells strong and very intense. It’s a sweet blend of nutty and indolic neroli that, combined with pistachio cream and chocolate, creates an incredibly original and relaxing symbiosis, like being in a spa. The first time I tried neroli worked in this way, it seemed like a cream that couldn’t be eaten but rather moulded the flower, gently integrating all the notes. A calming halo emerges from the depths, relaxation spreads, and the mind is soothed. It’s a pure fragrance, well-composed, with great depth and body, too harmonious, with a subtle floral centre that ends in a fine, round, solid base. No cracks, no darkness, no tension; everything flows perfectly. Very interesting house.
