Share what you noticed: opening, drydown, sillage and the moments when it works for you.
First, I tried it as a decant. It’s an interesting salty marine scent; initially, it sounds distinct, with a soft opening of sea salt, bergamot, and iris, something between spiciness and pine resin. After the first phase, it smells of sage and iris, with a ‘clean’ touch (like Lysol disinfectant) which I assume are the aldehydes, but with resin, and a very realistic marine water note that matches the colour. It’s soft, lasts about six hours, doesn’t project much and stays within the personal bubble, very enjoyable for that clean sensation. Due to that aldehydic touch, some may not like it, but I think it’s worth buying blind; an excellent choice for spring and summer.
