Reverentia has unveiled Nuit d’Opale, a new fragrance for men and women, launched in 2025. Master perfumer Mark Buxton composes a Floral Oriental that moves from sparkling citrus to deep, resinous base notes.
It is a modern, unisex scent, built around white blooms, warm woods and a sense of understated elegance.
The top notes open with yuzu, bergamot, magnolia, davana and ylang-ylang, giving the perfume a radiant, almost dewy start. The heart then brings orange blossom, cherry blossom, sambac jasmine, mimosa and rose together in a supple floral accord.
As the fragrance develops, cashmere wood, sandalwood, vetiver, incense, amber and musk rise to the surface. This base is smooth, slightly powdery and gently enveloping, turning the scent more intimate as the hours pass.
The accords are predominantly floral, woody and ambery, with citrus freshness and a hint of green aromatic lift. Nuit d’Opale remains airy despite its rich composition, making it easy to wear across seasons.
