Descripción
Pur Blanca by Avon is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2003, this composition was created by perfumer Harry Fremont. The olfactive pyramid begins with top notes of freesia, mint and bergamot; the heart reveals a harmony of peony, white rose and white lotus; and the base settles on musk, heliotrope and sandal.

A very soft and feminine perfume, though I notice it more than the Pur Blanca Blossom. It’s a simple, highly feminine and quite seductive scent. I’ve received many positive comments, particularly from men. Recommended for daytime with a romantic touch. It has excellent longevity.
It’s a pure, direct fragrance, true to its name and packaging. Ideal for daytime wear, especially in spring or summer evenings.
Soft, delicate and feminine, special for spring-summer days. A good combination of quality and price. Brilliant for everyday wear!
Soft, delicate and feminine, ideal for spring and summer. It’s a good combination of quality and price, excellent for everyday wear.
It’s a rich perfume for any occasion, beyond just summer. It’s very fresh, floral and a little sweet. The lilies, roses, freesia, mint and sandalwood at the end are very noticeable. Its trail is moderate and everyone likes it. I’ve been wearing it for 11 years and no one has ever told me they don’t like it, even though I’m surrounded by women who do criticise other perfumes. Men like it too. It’s simple but not therefore common. I recommend it for ages 18 to 45: it’s youthful but not teenage. It’s suitable for everything, and if you combine it with cream and a scented deodorant, it also works well in the evening. The longevity is moderate, around 2 to 6 hours. The price is economical and I buy it twice a year; it’s my go-to when I don’t know what to wear, it always looks good. Give it a try and let me know.
I wore it straight after my daughter was born; I was looking for something that wouldn’t bother the baby and would let me go to work without smelling like baby powder. It’s fresh, sweet, floral and delicate, yet lasts all day. It’s worn without restriction because no one is bothered. It’s cheerful and luminous, with a super affordable price and a fantastic fragrance. I use it for everything, though for a romantic date I prefer something else as this is too innocent for those moments.
It’s gorgeous, fresh, and super feminine. It smells clean with an elegant, floral touch. It’s one of my favourites for everyday wear.
On my skin, the floral notes dominate with a hint of cotton, and what a pleasant surprise, it suits me perfectly. I’m usually cautious with florals because my pH tends to turn jasmine into something acidic and strong, but here it smells flawless. It’s Pur Blanca on me: clean, smelling like just out of the shower. I adore it on spring days because it brings so much joy. I’m not sure how long it will last; I tried it 20 minutes ago, and after a reasonable amount of time, it still smells wonderful.
I bought it once to try it because they said it smelled clean and of white flowers, and it is. A very fresh and soft aroma.
Entirely delicate. Its scent is soft and enveloping. I loved it and I see it more for spring.
Ultra feminine and delicate. On me, the peony and musk stand out; it smells like quality soap and cleanliness, very pleasant after a shower, but its longevity is very short, about two hours.
I LOVE IT, it can’t be missing from my collection. It’s economical, lasts all day, very feminine, soft and nothing cloying. A unique and sensual scent. It’s floral with a hint of sweetness to give it a romantic touch.
Delicious, fresh and floral, nothing cloying. Ideal for daily use; it doesn’t smell like cheap Avon perfume. I give it a 10.
Perfect for those looking for a simple, fresh scent, easy to wear because it’s not tiring. I like it, but it has nothing special about it; the smell is a bit flat and generic. Very good for summer or spring.
Very good quality for how cheap it is. A super pleasant fragrance that screams summer.
It was out of production for years and, although I didn’t know it, it was one of the brand’s favourites. After reading the reviews I loved it and thought it would be a dream to see it back on sale. What a surprise to find it in the catalogue and order four bottles, with six more on the way. It smells delicious, nothing like that Avon smell. The rose and freesia dance in a divine rhythm; eventually the musk, ylang-ylang, mint and sandalwood emerge. It reminds me of Cacharel Noa and Bulgari Omnia Crystalline. It doesn’t last long and its dry-down is very timid, sticking to the skin or clothes, but it’s worth it. It’s perfect for these hot, oppressive days: beach afternoons, rainy days or summer evening strolls. I love it so much I’m going to buy many more; when I fall in love with a perfume it’s for life and I collect bottles. It doesn’t get old, it’s my biggest vice.
Pur Blanca is ideal for everyday wear, a subtle all-rounder that doesn’t bother or overpower. It smells clean, fresh and feminine, like walking through a flower garden in the morning. The trail is weak to moderate, just right for a soft daily scent, and lasts about four hours on me, a bit longer on clothes. The best thing is that it’s buildable: you can intensify it depending on the occasion. In Chile it’s a bargain, highly recommended!
I received it a few days ago. I like it, although it didn’t blow me away as I do with intense and sweet perfumes. I was looking for something fresh for summer, something light for everyday wear, as I have many heavy perfumes. This is soft, delicate, floral, with something green and freshness, a barely perceptible touch of sweetness that makes it very feminine. For the price (I got it very cheap in Argentina) it’s a bargain, I bought two from the range. I don’t yet know how long it lasts, I tested it on skin and it smells rich and subtle. It was a blind buy, but reading comments and trying Pur Blanca Night (which I liked more, sweeter and more talcum-like), the classic version surprised me for the better. On my dry skin it stays a little sweet, pleasant, nothing annoying. It extends the freshness of the shower in summer. It’s ideal for daytime, it doesn’t tire or bother, at least in me who tolerates sweet perfumes well in the heat. I don’t feel it that way. I will use it more, but I already like it. It’s one of those perfumes where if you want to give something economical and pretty, it doesn’t fail. Very feminine, floral, barely sweet, soft, clean and beautiful. Update: I used it almost all summer, it was one of my favourites from November to March. I loved it: refreshing, clean, delicate, beautiful for that weather and it doesn’t tire me at all with the heat. I also used it in autumn and I liked it. Perhaps I’ll give it a rest in these cold months to return to using it in spring/summer. I’m sure that when it finishes, I’ll replenish it. It will become a classic in my vanity, versatile for everything.
The first one I bought I fell in love with, but a few days later I gave it away because it irritated my skin. I bought it again and, for some reason, it has fascinated me until it’s become one of my favourites. I use it at least twice a week. What a pity they’ve discontinued it in Colombia; the last time I saw it, I stocked up.
Mixed musk and sandalwood with ylang-ylang and white rose achieve a magical alchemy: a green, vanilla and fresh floral, nothing gourmand. It smells of neroli, creamy vanilla, mint and parts of water-lily. It’s timeless thanks to Harry Fremont, the genius behind Miracle, CK One and other successes. It’s floral, green and simple, and that simplicity makes it elegant. It lasts longer in the heat and less in the cold. The price is incredible, it will become my basic for everyday life.
Delicious in its simplicity. A charming floral that, given the price-quality ratio, is worth knowing. Without great pretensions, it’s simply lovely. It falls short in winter, but it shines in the heat.
A rare but super feminine and exquisite scent. It’s cheap and good quality. One of the best Avon fragrances.
I tried it when it first came out, I was 15. My mum sold Avon and I loved Pur Blanca, my sister liked Petit (which they no longer sell here). I remember it as floral, clean, with that touch of talc. I would buy it again without hesitation.
Reminds me of Treselle by Avon, which I already own, due to the white flowers. It feels very fresh; I can’t find the roses or ylang-ylang, but I’m surprised by the fresh mint and longevity. I put it on in the morning while getting dressed with the intention of changing it later, yet I can’t quite ‘shake off’ the scent which still feels quite present. Therefore, regardless of my preferences, it’s a good perfume.
Lovely, feminine, fresh, for daytime, spring. The white flowers and mint make a special combination. I’ve received many compliments 🙂
Very subtle, floral, soft, a little aquatic and herbal. I don’t know why I detect jasmine and neroli, perhaps it’s the fusion of ylang-ylang, peony and freesia. Maybe the blend of sandalwood and musk achieves a barely perceptible effect of warm, creamy vanilla that accompanies its evolution, which I find linear. The botanically utilised water-lily is the star. I don’t detect the mint scent, yet it is precisely that which provides the main note of freshness. It’s one of those fragrances recommended as a gift because it’s hard not to like it. It bears the Harry Fremont stamp, one of my favourite alchemists in perfumery who has worked for many of the best houses.
I used this years ago in secondary school and I think there’s an error on Fragrantica: it’s not by Harry Fremont but by Alberto Morillas. That’s when I discovered his creations were my favourites at the perfume shop where I worked part-time. Now I’ve tried it again and feel they’ve ruined it; they’ve tampered with the formula and it doesn’t smell the same. I still have a little bit of bottle left and yes, they smell totally different.
Very delicate and feminine; for a long time it was my favourite.
Beautiful white flowers and delicate, leaving everything feeling clean.
Beautiful little perfume, soft floral, smells clean.
I used it a lot in my teens when I loved clean scents. I adored Cacharel’s Noa, and this was my daily choice that made me feel clean, as if just out of the shower. Its performance is low; it’s for personal enjoyment, with no trail or projection, or at most minimal. But given the price, it’s more than adequate… for me, it’s personal; it reminds me of my school days.
I think I’m the only one who doesn’t feel good with this. I bought it because of comments about it smelling clean and its low price. To me, it doesn’t smell clean; it smells of very powdery roses. I tried it several times but couldn’t wear it; it reminds me of my grandmother or someone else… and that’s not bad, but I feel it doesn’t suit me. Perhaps I’ll gift it to my grandmother so she can enjoy it.
This is just memories. I like it, it doesn’t displease me, but I had a beloved aunt who is no longer with us; it was her signature and smelled of pure whiteness, so I never took it off her; it was her identity. She even gifted it to me. It’s lovely, though admittedly a bit powdery, which I don’t usually like, but it’s the powdery water lily, not the rose, that makes it wearable for someone young. I don’t see it as clean; for that, there are others; I think it has character. A lovely classic, white and not yellow, which is a relief, hehe.
A floral gem that Avon occasionally releases. It smells clean, slightly creamy, and conveys tranquility. I recommend it for the quality-to-price ratio.
I’ve had this scent in my collection since I was a girl; although it has changed, it still retains that crisp, fresh, delicate, and musky floral essence that I adore. It seems very attractive, like a distant cousin of Cacharel’s Noa in EDT form. Noa is more comfortable with sweet flowers and warmth, but this is very similar in essence. Given the price, I’m not bothered by reapplying it; it’s perfect for everyday wear in Chilean summer seeking freshness.
So noble it captivates, lovely and nothing more. Fresh at first, then dry and very sweet. Almost overwhelming for me, yet I keep buying it. It lasts about four hours.
I’ve used it many times; it smells rich, clean, spring-like with white flowers, pure. Delicious, though the trail doesn’t last long.
Floral and fresh, gentle enough for everyday summer wear. The longevity and projection are low.
