  I really loved it. Almond scents are trendy now, but Rolling in Love smells of raw, untoasted, unsweetened almonds. Paired with iris, it could seem powdery, but it doesn’t; instead, it blends with a vanilla that isn’t pastry-like. The neroli feels docile and very creamy. To sum up, it’s not an otherworldly fragrance, but the quality is evident. Although it lacks a trail (as I believe is the house’s signature), the longevity is good. My mother says it’s very similar to Good Girl by Miss Herrera and she’s right, but without cocoa and with more almond. Scent: 8, Trail: 7, Longevity: 8, Quality: 10. Unisex, but I think it’s more geared towards women.

  Kilian’s Rolling in Love is a fusion of Good Girl and Olympea, with hints of both interlocking in its aroma. Upon spraying, it reminds me more of C.H., but as it dries, the salty notes of Olympea emerge. I agree that they removed the cocoa and coffee from Good Girl to add green, salty almonds, which are exquisite and make it less dark. They blend with flowers, a slightly talc-like iris, and subtle vanilla. It’s sweet in just the right measure, not cloying, yet salty. It has Olympea’s sweetness, well-balanced with salt, but with a more sensual base. It seems sexy and intoxicating; I adored it, even if it’s not the most original. It’s of very high quality; I give it 9/10 for longevity and trail (which is no surprise given the price).

  Kilian’s Rolling in Love is a fusion between Good Girl and Olympea, with elements of both interlocking to create its scent. When sprayed, it reminds me more of C.H., but as it dries down, the salty notes of Olympea emerge.   To be honest, I thought Kilian samples would make this my favourite, but I was wrong. The opening is exquisite: almond milk, creamy, lactonic, floral with iris, sweet from the vanilla… but too musky (I don’t like it). Over time, it smells salty, almost like sea and fish. Ugh, I don’t know why, but on my pH it makes my stomach turn and I can’t stand it. 🤢 It might be my skin or my perception, but I feel terrible about it. Good Girl is one of my favourite perfumes and this has nothing to do with it; it reminds me of the opening, but Rolling in Love is softer, more almond-y and goes down a different path. Good Girl is dark, with citrus, cacao and coffee. I’ll pretend I didn’t read that they’re similar, or I might hate it 🙃. Anyway, it’s not for me, it doesn’t have good chemistry with my skin, next.

  To be honest, when I bought the Kilian samples I thought this would be one of my favourites, but it was the exact opposite. It has an exquisite opening of almond milk: creamy, milky, floral, dusted with iris and sweetened by vanilla… but too musky (I don’t like it). As time passes, it smells salty to me, like the sea… and fish? Ugh, I don’t know why this doesn’t work with my pH but it upsets my stomach. I don’t know if it’s my skin, but I feel terrible. Good Girl is one of my favourites and on my skin it’s nothing like this; it reminds me of it at the start, but Rolling in Love is softer and more almond-y. I’ll pretend I didn’t read that they are similar, or I might develop a dislike. This perfume isn’t for me; it doesn’t have good chemistry with my skin, next.

  Love at first sniff. I’m not a huge fan of creamy vanilla scents, but this surprised and enchanted me instantly. Definitely for cold, rainy, or night-time weather. I loved buying it, plus it has impressive fixation and trail. It’s a 1000/10.

  Yesterday I searched for notes that I craved: nardos, a creamy almond with a milky touch, raspberry and a hint of feminine iris. And this jewel came up, one that had been unjustly abandoned, waiting for me to realise it was made for me. I wore it today and it’s a dream: soft yet very beautiful.

  10/10 recommended. The bottle is gorgeous. Although it seems more feminine, on a formal occasion a man wears it extremely well.
