Yeli parfum
It’s a fine fragrance, so well-blended that it’s hard to distinguish the individual notes, featuring aldehydes and a metallic hint that suits the ‘Gold’ name perfectly. The floral elements give it a super elegant and powerful vibe. Just a heads-up: in my country, there are wet wipes that smell exactly like this, which gives me pause; my son noticed it straight away and I was already discouraged. But if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a good buy.

One of my favourite Kilian scents, it lasts longer than most. It’s such a pleasant blend that, although not all the notes develop on my skin, I feel it’s superbly balanced: floral, sweet but not childish or cloying. It reminds me of the famous Rochas Tocade but with a more modern touch. I find it clean, creamy, fresh and vanilla-like, with no single flower shouting, and I really like that. I’m already heading for my second bottle. I use it in spring, autumn, winter and even in the height of summer. It’s exquisite, my absolute favourite.

It has perfect balance. It’s very elegant and has great presence; you notice it all day without it becoming oppressive. It also has a powdery, aldehydic touch that makes it very Parisian, reminiscent of great classic icons, but this one is very current and doesn’t fall into vintage territory at all. It’s perfect!
