I’ve been wearing this for two years, so it has had time to settle. It smells good if you like jasmine, but it’s a mature, nocturnal jasmine—nothing fresh or youthful; rather, it evokes the stifling nights of July and August in southern Spain. The promised notes have completely vanished; with a lot of imagination, one can faintly detect a touch of leather and amber at the base, but the citrus, florals, spices, and wood are absent. It’s basically a jasmine scent with no development whatsoever. I like the flower, but with such simplicity, I prefer it in my garden rather than on my skin. The longevity is short, around five or six hours, and the projection lasts only half an hour. I wouldn’t buy it again.
