It’s my first Baldessarini: it opens with bergamot and juniper, then turns vanilla, amber and woody, with a hint of makeup. It reminds me of TF Noir but heads in a different direction. It has good sillage and longevity, especially on clothes. I found it discontinued at a good price (around $50 for 90ml). It doesn’t smell as synthetic to me as others say. I’m not sure yet if I love it or not, but it doesn’t bother me either.

A perfumerie in Arizona tried it on me and I didn’t like it at all: very synthetic, annoying, almost aggressive, smells cheap. Just like its Private Affairs counterpart. It seemed they wanted to create something niche, elegant and exclusive, but they achieved the opposite.
