Truth be told, I ordered this blindly from the catalogue based on the notes: vanilla and toasted almonds. Unfortunately, I expected a warm gourmand, but I was disappointed to find it’s a floral-vanilla scent; I can’t even smell the almond. I don’t like flowers, and since they weren’t listed in the catalogue, I thought they wouldn’t be there or would be in the base. I tried to make myself like it by letting it settle on my skin to see if the almond notes would emerge, but they never came through. It doesn’t smell bad, it’s just an ordinary floral-vanilla scent.

I haven’t tried Cyzone in ages and decided on this for the notes. I agree with another review: it’s not gourmand; it’s more sweet/floral, with almond and vanilla mixed with flowers. It’s strong and very sweet, ideal for night or winter. It reminds me of Good Girl, although they aren’t the same, they follow the same path. Longevity and sillage are moderate on my skin. For the price, it’s decent. Bear in mind, it’s for those who love sweets, as it can be overwhelming. I’ll probably try more from this line.

I love it, although sometimes it overwhelms me. It projects heavily on my skin and lasts about six hours. It smells of bitter toasted almonds and is a cloying scent. Very good for wearing at night in cold weather.
