To Be Tattooart by Police

It smells creamy to me, but like churros. Flowers come out and dry down to freshly made churros. It smells like a churro shop, I can’t find any other scent in this fragrance in the dry down.

The bottle is a beauty, a work of art. The fragrance is sweet, soft, easy to wear. Its notes are very well balanced. I love it! Excellent price!

This perfume is super sweet. But it’s not the typical caramel, vanilla sweet. It’s another type of sweet and this smell comes from maple sap and also apple blossom adds something floral. It’s fluffy, creamy, sweet. It’s inoffensive. It doesn’t have much longevity, nor much sillage. If you want a good, pretty and cheap perfume that stands out in sweetness from the other thousands of perfumes out there, this is for you. Quite versatile and affordable. Perfect for everyday.

It reminds me of a cologne they gave me when I was a little girl and I think they still sell it here in Chile from the Gelatti brand called Spring. It’s a nice scent but that’s what it smells like on my skin, like cologne, sweet, simple and above all childish.

Honestly I thought the price was excellent and I bought it mostly for the bottle (which is lovely), as for the scent I love it it’s sweet but not sickly but only I can smell it or if someone comes close :(, close to the skin it lasts me about 6 hours but it does have moderate sillage (only the first hour)

This perfume is attractive on the outside for its lovely presentation and enchanting on the inside. It surprised me. I bought it blind because its bottle really stands out but once I wore it I loved it. It’s a floral perfume given its composition but with something sweet and vanilla-like very delicately. People notice it a lot on me when I wear it even though I thought it was going to be a totally discreet perfume and scent. I really recommend it because I think it’s a real gem both for the presentation, the scent, the projection and how affordable it is… apart from the fact that they have a 125ml bottle.

The opening feels citrusy and fresh thanks to plum, with very light sweetness. Freesia and apple blossom follow adding freshness…. Its heart is a dominant, powdery and elegant heliotrope. The base feels sweet, light and powdery, I don’t pick up much of the wood. Its sillage is low and it lasts 4 hours, it projects for the first 30 mins, then you only smell it when you bring your nose close to where it was applied. The dream bottle! I love it, in fact that’s why I bought it. It’s a floral fruity perfume but I wouldn’t call it Gourmand at all!, you notice the flowers more than the fruit.

It’s beautifuul! I love it..I bought it blind and it was the best thing I could do. I love the design..not to mention! it’s so aesthetic. Honestly the scent is a luxury..powdery and sweet just how I love them! but floral-fruity super fine, distinguished.. longevity is quite acceptable. It’s delicious, highly recommended.

The Police brand is known for good value for money and Tattoo Art is no exception (although I admit I was swayed by the bottles, I love skulls). The opening tends to turn medicinal in the first few minutes, then the plum note timidly peeks through, but it never fully blooms because the sweet notes and marshmallow quickly arrive, stealing the spotlight from the others and basically the only thing you’ll smell all day is this, marshmallows with a touch of icing sugar. It’s a lovely fragrance, for casual situations, sillage is medium and longevity very good. 9/10

This perfume has been my recent purchase. My first perfume from this brand and I was encouraged to buy it because of this pink skull-shaped bottle with drawn roses. Simply gorgeous. The price also pushed me to buy it since where I’m from the 40 ml is around 16 euros and for trying it’s a great size and price and considering that the house of Police says it’s eau de parfum all the better. The scent of To Be Tattoo Art is at first floral fruity from apple blossom but the perfume shows little evolution because after half an hour it quickly falls on my skin into a gourmand smell of marshmallow clouds with musk that gives a clean touch to the perfume. It’s quite linear since these two notes are what you perceive until the perfume fades on the skin. It’s a sweet gourmand perfume but quite soft that isn’t bothersome in any season. It stays close to the skin after 1 hour and I feel it lasts about 4 hours on me, not much more, but acceptable for the price. Sillage is low in my opinion, although I need to test by asking for opinions. I recommend it first for its girly skull bottle which is also ceramic, its price and finally its pleasant, soft everyday favourite scent.

I blind bought this beautiful and original skull that looks like porcelain and has very delicate drawings, I did not have high expectations about its scent but surprise! it turns out it smells great. It is a simple scent with little evolution, it opens sweet fruity, heliotrope immediately appears dominating the floral part and the marshmallows that to me smell more like powdered vanilla for making sweets, it is powdery and musky, I do not find it a gourmand scent, it is not that sweet or cloying, it is rather dry. Suitable for any situation, any season and any age, although for formal situations it looks better on young people, it is not the type of perfume I would wear for a formal situation. Sillage of about one metre for an hour, drops to close range for a couple more hours and disappears, it is for a short while. For the bottle, how good it smells and its price, it is worth it even if you have to reapply.

I bought it blind with high expectations after seeing several reviews, it ended up being a great disappointment, worn it smells like Play-doh children’s modelling clay, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Tiny, I love it… To me it’s not sweet; the flowers stand out, especially the violet. It’s something super nostalgic, reminding me of children’s colognes. Ideal for any season, weather, age, or informal occasion. Soft and pretty, not at all overwhelming or pretentious, rather delicate and even innocent. Like most, I bought this EDT because of the pink skull and expected something harder, given the tattoos, but thinking about it more, the image and fragrance combine perfectly because it’s as delicate as the skull’s pink rose and the roses adorning it. Price, uuuuufffff brilliant. The downside, as expected for an EDT, the performance is poor; I can smell it on my skin for a few hours, but there’s no trail. Nevertheless, I would buy it a thousand times again because it’s a wildcard for those relaxation days.
