  To be honest, for 4,500 pesos it’s not worth smelling like a crown of dead flowers. It just smells like that: a cemetery, a funeral.

  The scent of neroli is fascinating, with fresh, deep, and dense facets. The floral nuances are elegant and revitalising, with a calming effect. I was eager to try it for Hiram Green’s natural ingredients and their line, expecting a walk through orange groves with resins and honey under the afternoon sun. But the reality is that it simply smells of an orange right in front of the nose. There’s no context or story, just that note. It smells great, but I can’t see myself wearing something so limited. A disappointment for a neroli-based fragrance.
