About Ubbe Latte
Ubbe Latte by Zara: A Milky Vanilla Oriental with a Powdery Finish
Zara introduces Ubbe Latte, a brand-new perfume for 2026 from the Oriental Vanilla olfactory family. It leads with bergamot, then softens into a milky heart of milk and mimosa, before drying down to a comforting Bourbon vanilla base.
This is a fragrance that prioritises comfort and elegance. Ubbe Latte combines sweet, creamy and powdery elements with a subtle fresh-spicy kick, making it feel more distinctive than the average vanilla scent.
Ubbe Latte is one of the latest additions to Zara's perfume lineup, and its name gives a clear clue about the milky, indulgent character inside. Rather than a straightforward sugary vanilla, this scent balances its sweeter side with powdery florals and a touch of saltiness.
The opening is crisp and citrusy. Bergamot provides an immediate sense of freshness, which then gives way to the heart of the composition. Milk and mimosa sit at the centre, creating a velvety, slightly floral texture. The mimosa brings a yellow, pollen-like softness, whilst the milk makes everything feel smooth and creamy.
The base is dominated by Bourbon vanilla, which delivers warmth and a gentle resinous depth. The sweetness remains moderate, thanks to the presence of fresh spicy and saline nuances. On the skin, the perfume feels close, cosy, and lightly powdery, leaving a refined trail that isn't overpowering.
The official notes are supported by accords such as lactonic, powdery, yellow floral, vanilla, sweet, citrus, floral, fresh spicy and salty. This combination gives Ubbe Latte an intriguing personality that stands out within Zara's collection.
At present, the fragrance holds a rating of 3.82 out of 5 from 72 ratings. While it may not be groundbreaking, it offers a pleasant, wearable experience for anyone who appreciates a creamy vanilla with a floral, powdery twist.
Ubbe Latte is aimed at lovers of lactonic and gourmand perfumes, particularly those who enjoy powdery vanillas. It suits women looking for a gentle, daily scent that feels warm and sophisticated without demanding too much attention.
Ubbe Latte is a successful blend of freshness, milk, florals and vanilla. It's easy to wear, well-balanced and versatile enough for work or leisure. For an affordable price, Zara delivers a comforting perfume with just enough character to keep things interesting.

It smells quite floral and almost fresh at first, but synthetic. On the skin, it gives off that classic cheap shopping centre fragrance, powdery, sweet and slightly lactonic. It reminds me of Sabrina Carpenter’s Sweet Tooth, which also passed without much notice, due to the homogeneity of this type of perfume. 4/10
Nothing original, I’d have imagined something more lactonic and no, it’s more floral.
Dense and powdery gourmand fragrance. The vanilla takes the spotlight away from the other notes. I don’t see the mimosa anywhere. I don’t see it as a summer scent. At most for evening wear.
