Woody, clean scents with a touch of sweet bitter almond. The dry cedar and creamy sandalwood make it soft and substantial, though its projection is short; it’s noticeable only in the immediate vicinity. It’s neat, exclusive and easy to wear, without resembling others like Infusion d’Homme. Ideal for the office or as a signature scent, versatile for all seasons but shines more in spring, summer and autumn.
Smells like a freshly ironed shirt with a hint of the sea. It has drawbacks regarding the price and synthetic components that can cause anosmia in some people, plus the scent sometimes disappears and reappears hours later. If you’re looking for something very natural, you might not like it, but it’s incredibly versatile for any season, situation, job or date.
Oh my goodness, this screams elegance and cleanliness; it’s perfect for everything. The only drawback is that it costs an arm and a leg.
It’s a pity that interesting designer perfumes are only available in their expensive collections. This Prada one is curious and very good: it starts camphoraceous and evolves into a musky amber with a touch of tonka. It works better on men, with moderate projection and longevity; it performs best in fresh environments but holds up through spring and summer. If you pay the price, you’ll get a masculine, sensual, and rare scent on the street.
