It’s the same as Libre Intense; I love it ^_^
While it initially smells very similar to Prada Milano (white floral and citrus, fresh and clean), as it dries down it shifts more towards amber and skin. It is for women, but I rate it more as a feminine unisex scent because, given its composition, a man could wear it without issues (especially at night or in cold weather). It has excellent performance, both in sillage and longevity. You can buy it with your eyes closed. 1000 x 1000 recommended 🕉️🕉️🕉️
This perfume is identical to Lanvin’s Marry Me from 2010, and even its performance is better… Both are very rich, which is undeniable.
I bought the perfume because I loved it in the store. However, it later became too intense; every time I wore it, I got nauseous or a headache. I put it aside for six months, and when I resumed using it, I discovered I can only wear it if I spray it into the air and walk through the mist. Just once or twice is enough; otherwise, nausea sets in. I love the perfume, but I don’t know why it affects me like that. Plus, it lasts forever; I can still smell it in the room the next day.
It was clear that Prada wouldn’t get everything perfect, and here is the proof: cloying, overwhelming, heavy, hot, and not versatile. You are easily associated with someone over 50; it’s a night scent, and don’t even think about wearing it in 30-degree summer heat because it will literally kill you. It’s okay for a very long day, but I prefer sweet perfumes, and I must admit, I don’t love it.
Very rich. Indeed, it doesn’t smell citrusy, but sweet and somewhat strong. It reminds me greatly of YSL Libre; it’s delicious and long-lasting, but it’s not for everyone or every skin chemistry as it can be overpowering. I see it as a night fragrance, suitable for cold weather or rainy days. It’s rich and elegant. Scent 8, Longevity 9, Quality 8, Sillage 8.
My beloved Paradoxe Intense 😍: from the moment I tested it in a perfumery, I knew it was for me, and I wouldn’t stop until I found it at a bargain (Druni is cheaper and offers a €3 discount on your first purchase). When it arrived, it didn’t smell exactly like in the shop; I imagine it was more macerated there, and factors like lighting, heat, or cold alter the scent. Nevertheless, I adore it. It’s potent, feminine, long-lasting, and leaves an impressive trail… sexy. On my skin, it smells like burnt sugar caramel, which isn’t listed, and flowers. It smells divine. I read the negative comments, but to each their own ☺️ A little kiss and enjoy it 💟
At first, I thought I was crazy for noticing the similarities with YSL Libre, but reading other reviews confirms my suspicion. It’s elegant, dresses you up, and smells like a confident, professional woman. Definitely my type: white florals with vanilla and amber. I’ve tried sandalwoods and spices, but these scents are my thing. They aren’t the most novel, but they are feminine, elevate an outfit, and command presence. I loved it.
My favourite white floral. In my opinion, this fragrance is as feminine and alluring as it gets. Its longevity is brutal, and its projection keeps up. I’ve tried countless perfumes, and nothing compares to it.
Absolutely head-to-toe rose, intense and enveloping. No citrus or benzoin here. I prefer the original Prada Paradoxe; it feels more personal and identifiable to me. The Intense version sacrifices that character for a sensual, nocturnal, and addictive rose. I still favour the original, though, as the saying goes, ‘to each their own’.
Where do I start… I fell in love with this perfume without knowing what it was. I heard it on three different women at different times, tried to figure out which one it could be by the notes (mission impossible), and asked the third one. I describe it when I spray it as identical to Prada Paradoxe, nothing outstanding, and thought they had deceived me by telling me it was another perfume haha. But no, after some time that scent I loved arrived. Without being a fan of very sweet perfumes, I admit this one is very sweet, very feminine, very white floral, very powdery… that’s how I remember it without knowing what it was. But it’s that the base, its foundation, is the richest thing I’ve ever heard. This perfume will be one of the sweet exceptions in my collection.
Among my favourite fragrances: sweet, floral, juicy, captivating, seductive, sparkling, vibrant. I love it. Although I’m not a fan of cloying fragrances, some might find it so, which is why I don’t recommend buying it blindly. It has very good performance; on skin it lasts about 10 hours and the projection is wide. Once a friend took my jacket with this perfume and when he returned it, he said his whole house smelled like it and that he loved it. Me, a fool. I have the bottle and already want the refill, which I value greatly that it exists. All brands should offer that option.
Have you ever liked something so much that you only want to wear it on special occasions? That’s what happens with Prada Paradoxe Intense. Since I heard it in a department store, it was love at first sniff, and I ordered a decant to see how it would wear on me, as it’s not cheap. Tried it and I can say it’s worth the cost. Prada Paradoxe Intense is fresh with the bergamot, sweet from the start with the pear, and you can feel the white flowers too at the beginning; throughout the development, the sweetness remains. Its longevity is very high, projecting moderately at the start (in my case, perhaps because it’s winter and I’m wearing several layers of clothing) and then staying close to the skin almost all day; on sturdy clothes until washed. It smells of luxury, elegance, cleanliness, and femininity. My husband loves it! Now I must get rid of that feeling of thinking that something I like so much is only for special occasions. The moment is today! Otherwise, when are we going to enjoy what we like? Beyond this, in use, I see it as super versatile and appropriate for all climates, day and night, just taking care of the sprays; perhaps only in an intense summer of 40C+ would I think twice. Try this jewel 💎✨ I’m almost sure you’ll love it 💖
Ugh, I can’t stand it. A colleague wore it and I asked what it was; there was something about that scent that I liked and yet didn’t finish. I tried it in a perfumery a while ago and smelling it gave me nausea, I had to wash myself with soap to get rid of it. Definitely, I can’t stand it.
I’m getting married, I truly love the Prada Paradoxe, they’re super rich, smell luxurious and sexy. People praise them a lot, they’re sweet and citrusy, oh wow 😍❤️❤️
Same vibe as the previous Prada or the Voce Viva by Valentino, with a slight citrus note reminiscent of Libre. If you like this style, grab any of them. They’ll do exactly the same.
It’s the sexiest fragrance I’ve ever heard of 🌷
A rich, feminine fragrance. I’ve heard of vanilla in several perfumes, but the formula here makes it unique. The vanilla is very noticeable with the amber, with some citrus notes that seem more like sweet orange than bergamot, and although it’s not listed, it smells of creamy sandalwood. It has moss, very subtle, giving it a peculiar touch. On the Prada website it says it has woody notes and a ‘super infusion of jasmine’ that stands out among the white flowers. They tried it on me and wouldn’t stop smelling my wrist, although the trail was weak and I had to bring my nose close to feel it; the longevity was moderate.
I’ve tried it several times in the perfumery, and there’s something that doesn’t quite convince me. It’s not bad; you can smell the flowers… but it has a characteristic that doesn’t fill me.
I absolutely love it. The amber, vanilla, and jasmine are my soul notes. Ideal for cold weather, as the amber and vanilla warm everything up. My favourites always have this, and I can’t stop receiving compliments. It’s sweet and makes me feel like an elegant, powerful, and confident woman… I can’t stop smelling it. It has that same mysterious aura as Poison Girl, Hypnotic Poison, and Good Girl.
The opening is hypnotic and addictive, but as minutes pass on my skin, it becomes generic and strong (in the bad sense). I’ll keep testing, but for now, it’s not worth this investment.
Definitively my new signature scent. I love all its top, heart, and base notes; it has the perfect amount of each. It’s elegant yet feminine, fresh, and with a sweetness that doesn’t tire, nothing powdery or dusty. I truly love it.
It’s delicious, super ambered, sweet, and vanilla-scented. I’d been looking for an aroma similar to Amber Romance by VS for 1000 years, and this on my skin resembles it quite a bit; I loved it ❤️❤️
I simply love it. ♥️ I’m not a fan of florals and Neroli had me a bit scared, but here it is perfectly balanced. Fruits, flowers, and a warm, addictive vanilla mix in a delicious way. It’s a fragrance that dresses you up. It makes me feel like an elegant, sexy, and confident woman. ✨ The trail is strong in the little I’ve tested. I only applied one spray to my arm, and when I entered the room, my girlfriend immediately asked what that rich aroma was. 😋 The longevity on skin is excellent; that small spray accompanied me ALL DAY. ✨ For me, a feminine and sophisticated jewel. 🎀♥️ Edit: I used it for about 15 hours. I received compliments ✅ It lasted the whole party, with an intimate trail for the last hour and a half ✅ I got home, showered, and went to sleep; when I woke up, I could still smell it ✨✅ 10/10 ✨♥️
Among my favourite perfumes, Paradoxe Intense will always have a place, as I seek these notes. It’s very pleasant when I let it unfold on my skin; I look for floral and fresh perfumes, and since discovering Neroli, I’ve been seeking it in many because I find it pleasing and comforting. A feminine aroma, very rich; I have several with Neroli, I sense the bergamot and jasmine, but the formula of this one makes it different; you can feel the vanilla with the amber. It’s potent, long-lasting, super feminine with a moderately impressive trail. On me and my skin, it smells very much of pear and bergamot; I recognise the openings of these notes because all my perfumes have them; I notice the Neroli at the end, half an hour after letting this jewel unfold. I also sense some citrus that made me buy it, as I’m obsessed with fresh scents even if they don’t last long. I reapply and let myself be wrapped again in its magical notes.
What a rich perfume and such a good trail of longevity 💗 fully feminine and sexy.
This perfume was love at first sniff; it smells of a coquettish girl, feminine and elegant at the same time. The longevity and projection are excellent, and despite being sweet, I find it very wearable for any season. It has become my favourite alongside Delina Exclusif.
This is one of those perfumes that are worth it today. It has good performance, which is paramount for me. It smells lovely; to me, it reminds me of an orange marmalade with a bouquet of jasmine… feminine, sweet, elegant… I’m finishing it and I’m likely to repurchase. Although I fancy trying its flankers, we’ll see.
My recent great discovery. On my skin, the sweetness dominates without being cloying; it’s also fruity and citrusy at first. I received compliments in Rome on my holiday for the sweetness it exudes. A total success.
After a while, it smells just like Baccarat Rouge or Zara’s Red Temptation. Very synthetic. I didn’t like it.
Oh dear, I didn’t like it at all. It smells of orange; I understand it’s similar to Valentino, but even though I don’t adore that one, it sounds more harmonious and distinguished. This, however, smells like orange gum, very chucky as we say here, and I’m not complaining about sweets. You can tell it’s tired straight from the paper; it’s quite different from the traditional Paradox, which is more floral and gentle.
Just received this beauty… it’s an exquisite and elegant perfume. It has excellent sillage and projection, unlike anything else. I was completely fascinated. It was a blind buy and I couldn’t be happier. 1000/10.
I have samples of the Intense version; it’s richer, more robust, and fuller-bodied without altering the essence of the regular Paradoxe much. The amber and vanilla notes are more prominent. It projects an aura of elegance and sophistication, without being ‘old lady’ scented. I’d recommend buying this over the regular version.
Undoubtedly a perfume you must have in your collection. It smells more sophisticated than the classic Paradoxe. It’s my favourite and I’ll always keep a backup. Longevity: 10-12 hours. Sillage: people can smell it from afar.
Way too rich for a woman, ugh!
A fragrance with incredible trail and projection. I was really keen to own it. On my skin, it lasts for over 12 hours.
Out of all I’ve tried, this is the one that earns the most compliments thanks to its impressive trail and projection. However, for everyday wear, I find it too heavy; it becomes repetitive and stops feeling special, so it’s best used occasionally. But when you want to make an impact, it’s ideal, especially for first impressions. When I wear it, I start to detect an older lady scent, something a bit clichéd and heavy, but for special occasions, you’re guaranteed praise.
Personally, I didn’t like it. This blend of neroli with the soapy notes from the molecules wasn’t what I expected; it smells like an eccentric aunt who talks loudly, someone you don’t take to, even though they’re family and you respect them.
It’s wonderful; it smells of ultra-sexy orange marmalade to me, and the best part is how long it lasts and how well it projects. Simply incredible.
A lovely perfume that doesn’t aim to revolutionise but instantly makes you feel good. It enhances femininity naturally, perfect for a grey day in a light coat, enjoying a quiet coffee, feeling put together without effort. Sweet without being cloying, with a soft vanilla and well-balanced jasmine, feminine and clean. If strong jasmine scents overwhelm you, this won’t scare you. It has a juicy touch, as if fresh pear has been squeezed, luminous and cheerful. The bourbon vanilla adds body and depth, mature and well-cared-for, while the neroli in the base brings freshness and air. Easy to wear, ideal for the office or a simple date. Feminine, kind and romantic without being excessive. It makes me think ‘I smell good’, comfortable, pretty and with good energy. It accompanies rather than invades.
