It was my first perfume and a real tragedy that they threw it away. Potent, very nocturnal; what I noticed most on me was the incense, giving it a super oriental touch.
I had it, what a delight. If I’d known they were going to discontinue it, I would have used it more sparingly, but I loved it so much I used it like crazy and only had the bottle and a little scent left so I wouldn’t forget it. What a pity its disappearance.
Another delicious discontinued ‘olfactory dessert’, more elegant than ‘La Vie est Belle’ (though with similarities). It had the best fixative on the market: a vast trail and lasting aroma. Sweet, infinitely sweet: blackcurrant, star anise, almond blossom, heady vanilla and amber made it warm and endearing (the blackcurrant gave it an acidic touch) and the patchouli gave it character… Wow! Wish Lancome would relaunch it. Highly recommended for sweet and coquettish women.
I LOVE THIS PERFUME! I don’t understand why they discontinued it. I tried it and fell in love. I couldn’t buy it at the time and it turned out to be the last bottle, leaving me wanting to own it… hoping I’ll get it one day.
One of the best perfumes I’ve ever had. All the ones I love get discontinued (this one, Lou Lou, Escada Magnetism, Emporio Armani City Glam, etc.). I’ll have a very unusual taste in perfumes.
