Warm and sparkling vanilla for the first 20 minutes, then it fades to a skin scent. Smells nice but it’s fleeting and not particularly original. Ideal for under the pillow before sleep or before a movie, but on other occasions, no one will notice you’re wearing it, not even yourself.

Vanilla and pineapple, a strange combination. Someone said it resembles Givenchy Pi… I don’t know, they seem nothing alike. In Pi, the vanilla is creamy and gourmand, with almond, giving a dessert or custard sensation. Here, the vanilla is coarser, combined with acidic pineapple, creating an unpleasant feeling. They don’t blend well; it smells like floor cleaner. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it, at least try it first.

Worth it for the price. It’s similar to Givenchy Pi but with a dustier, attic-like touch, whereas Givenchy Pi is more alcoholic and camphoraceous due to the benzoin, giving a smoky medicinal balm note. Here, you can feel the rich blend of tobacco with vanilla, sandalwood, and musk. Perhaps it’s not very long-lasting, but it’s delicious and I repeat, for the price, it’s well worth buying more bottles of this treasure.

I didn’t realise how much I liked it until I discovered it. What a wonderful way to handle vanilla and adorn it with those nuances. It’s been on the market for over twenty years, which says a lot about its quality. The bottle looks like Chinese or Japanese architecture, clearly paying homage to oriental fragrances.

Warm, yet it doesn’t reach 100% gourmand; it could be worn during the day. The most noticeable note is vanilla, but not edible; rather fruity, perhaps due to the peach note on Fragrantica. At first, it might smell like detergent, but as it settles on the skin, it improves. Out of 10, I’d give it a 4, as it’s not a scent that drives me wild.

It’s not for me; perhaps time will work against it, but the moment you spray it, aside from the vanilla, it smells like floor cleaner. It brings to mind unpleasant, vinegar-sharp cleaning staff, with an acidity that is quite off-putting. To be honest, the Pinol (which is actually for mopping floors) smells better. I agree with Punk77; it’s probably that terribly mismatched combination of pineapple and vanilla that ruins the original concept. A possible use might be turning it into a scented candle, as it still has a touch of vanilla that could be salvaged. But for identifying someone by this scent… don’t even think about it.

I don’t like it; perhaps its compounds break down over time. Freshly sprayed, apart from vanilla, you get a smell of surface cleaner. It reminds me of unpleasant cleaning staff, sour, with a sharp acidity that becomes irritating. To be honest, Pinol (which is for mopping floors) smells better. I share Punk77’s opinion; perhaps it’s such a poorly worked combination of pineapple and vanilla that it hinders what is intended to be projected. One of its uses could be converting the fragrance into an aromatic candle, as it still has a vanilla touch that can be rescued. But for identifying a person smelling of this… well, not at all.

Doesn’t work for me. Within fifteen minutes it clings to the skin, and that pineapple-vanilla blend smells like vinegar rather than adding sweetness. If you’re looking for sweet vanilla, try the feminine version or go straight for Givenchy Pi.

This is my first review and I have to confess: it was an absolute letdown. I sprayed it on and after fifteen minutes my wife had to press her nose right against my neck just to catch a whiff. The performance is dreadful. I know it’s a budget brand and costs less than designer scents, but I never thought it could be this bad.

I love it; it smells exquisite of fruit and vanilla. It opens with peach and a metallic pineapple that reminded me of Nautica Blue, but without that soapy smell. Then it warms up and becomes romantic with cardamom and vanilla. It doesn’t last long, only about three or four hours, and the projection is just one to two feet, but for the ridiculously low price I don’t even think twice. Perfect for short dates or being close to someone. Scent 8/10, Projection 5/10, Longevity 6/10, Price 10/10, Versatility 7/10. Not suitable for noisy places like pubs or parties.
