Neon Candy by Tous

I gifted this to my mum because reviews here suggested it was for hot climates, but it’s not quite that intense, haha, yet it smells incredible. It’s very similar to Tresor Midnight Rose but fruitier; it’s a budget-friendly option because once dried, they’re almost identical. At first, it reminded me of Les Délices by Nina Ricci, which I adore and is no longer available, so I’ll be picking one up for myself. If you’re looking for something fruity and citrusy, less sweet and more suited to summer, Tous Gems Power is your best bet.

A sweet and citrusy scent that lasts a fortune; it lingers on clothes for over 24 hours. It’s my first Tous and I will definitely try more from the brand.

The opening is strong, citrusy, and a bit sharp, with the pepper quite noticeable from the start. Then the raspberries and red currants emerge, intense and tart. But after an hour it softens, becoming sweeter and less tart. It’s a sweet-and-sour fragrance with character and a touch of elegance. The sillage and longevity are formidable.

Just bought it blind. I decided on it because I already own and love the perfumes it’s compared to, and because people said it resembled La Nuit Tresor, which I’m obsessed with. Yes, it’s very similar, especially once dried. I agree with the previous review: it’s the daytime, youthful version of that. It’s happier but less mysterious. The only thing is the opening smells quite synthetic (I understand they compare it to Parissienne for that reason). Upon spraying, you notice a sharp, stinging raspberry, very spicy due to the pink pepper, which softens within half an hour. For me, Neon Candy is raspberry and pink pepper, period. I was put off by it being rated sweet; yes, it has a hint of sweetness, but I’d define it as sweet-tart-refreshing. If you want something gourmand and warm, forget it. If you’re looking for something sweet but fresh for mild days and hot nights, I recommend it. It has excellent sillage and longevity. It’s a more than adequate perfume and many pricier ones would envy its performance. I like it quite a bit; the only drawback is that synthetic touch at the start, but it fades quickly. To sum up: if you’re looking for a cheap clone of LNT and aren’t excessively demanding, it’s worth it. They’re very similar. If you’re a lover of LNT, I think it might fall short for you, but I like it more than any imitation I’ve tried. I recommend it.

I don’t own it, but I was given a sample. It’s identical to the Lancôme Tresor Midnight Rose. It’s delicious and very long-lasting. Generally, fragrances don’t last on me, but this one has lasted longer than I expected.

As the bottle states, it’s fresh, sweet, and youthful. I tried it yesterday and liked it: the tangerine is playful and fresh, while the peony, raspberry, and amber add a sweet yet subtle touch. The launch price was reasonable and worth it. Perfect for everyday wear, casual moments, and hot days. The longevity was good and the trail was discreet but noticeable… a solid offering from the ‘bear’ brand.
