Lovely, a touch of tenderness. The grapefruit and musk notes dominate, giving it a baby powder vibe… very pleasant and not as sweet as the classic Modern Princess.
I was gifted this at work when I was expecting the original. It is totally different: without fruity or white floral notes, it has an intense, sweet fruity opening that fades into a diffuse, understated vanilla warmth. The bottle confirms different notes: Top Pink grapefruit and Peach wine, Heart Peony and Jasmine, Base Vanilla and Musk. The frosted packaging is the only thing that recalls the original. It seems every house is chasing their own sweet vanilla, like LVEB by Lancôme, Sì by Armani, Scandal by Gaultier, L’Interdit by Givenchy, Coco Mademoiselle Intense by Chanel, or this Modern Princess Sensuelle by Lanvin.

The frosted glass is the only thing that reminds me of the original. It seems every house is chasing their own sweet vanilla scent, just like LVEB by Lancôme, Sì by Armani, Scandal by Gaultier, L’Interdit by Givenchy, Coco Mademoiselle Intense by Chanel, or this Modern Princess Sensuelle by Lanvin.
