  Eternal love, as Juan Gabriel would sing of this fragrance that evokes incense and is simply sublime. Very sexy for a date. I’d love to have it in my wardrobe, but for now, my Ombré Leather won’t let me go. Everything from Tom Ford includes sexiness in its ingredients, fragrances and clothing.

  If Beau de Jour is a modern, seductive fougère, then Fougère d’Argent is less fougère but far more seductive. It has just enough greenery to pass as a fougère, while the lavender is subtly overlaid and lovingly wrapped in tonka, which sweetens the blend just enough to make it highly desirable. It’s a clean, versatile scent perfectly portable for a man of any age. It combines cleanliness and seduction in equal measure. It’s as if Dior Sauvage Elixir had its balsamic notes removed and replaced with soft resins, then diluted until it became something much kinder, less mature and less constrained. Ideal for any season, excellent as a signature scent. Good performance for eight hours with sufficient projection, nothing invasive thanks to its gentleness. Exquisite.
