I tried it on blotter paper and it didn’t grab me at first, but once it dried, I absolutely loved it, so I picked up a decant. First thing: it smells different in the bottle, on paper, and on the skin. It’s a fragrance that needs time. On my skin, it smells like sweet woods, sort of like fruity sweets. I thought it wasn’t for me, but the more I wear it, the more I like it. It changes a lot between summer and winter. Definitely for open-minded noses willing to try new things. If there’s one thing you’re sure of, it’s that you won’t smell like the crowd. For me, a resounding yes.
What a disappointment! Before buying it, try it on decants. For me, it lasts nothing on the skin and the scent is nothing special. It seems like an ordinary fragrance, nothing more.
Fortunately, I grabbed a 15ml decant. I was very excited because they said it was gourmand and sweet, but to me it sounds more floral, fresh, and unisex. On my skin, the flowers and citrus dominate; I don’t detect any caramel or vanilla at all. Once dried, it becomes more woody with powdery roses. The trail and projection last 3–6 hours, ideal for summer. It’s not my style, so I wouldn’t buy it.
