About 7notas
7notas by Solonoi: An Aromatic Spicy Scent for All
Solonoi presents 7notas, a new unisex fragrance launching in 2026. It belongs to the aromatic spicy fragrance family and has been composed by perfumer Alejandro Mazzola.
Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 28 ratings, 7notas offers a mix of freshness, warmth, and an enticing Negroni accord. It will suit anyone who appreciates a perfume with personality and a modern edge.
The opening of 7notas is bright and peppery, with citrus notes complemented by a Negroni accord that brings a touch of bitterness and complexity. The heart is aromatic, unfolding geranium, cardamom, and herbal tones.
Patchouli and woody notes form the base, adding depth and a subtle warmth to the drydown. The fragrance feels fresh, green, and spicy, with a pleasing contrast between its lively and comforting sides.
Its main accords are fresh spicy, warm spicy, citrus, aromatic, patchouli, fresh, green, and woody. This combination creates a multifaceted scent that develops nicely throughout the day.
Alejandro Mazzola, the nose behind this creation, has balanced sharp pepper with gentle herbs, and zesty citrus with rich cardamom. The result is a polished, versatile fragrance that works across seasons and settings.
Because it is unisex, 7notas adapts easily to different styles. Its spicy character shines in cooler months and evening events, while the fresh elements keep it wearable in more casual moments.
This fragrance will appeal to fans of spicy and aromatic scents, both men and women. It is also a lovely option for those looking for a fresh yet warm signature with a refined, contemporary persona.
7notas by Solonoi is a smart aromatic spicy fragrance, anchored by a memorable Negroni accord and a smooth balance of opposites. An excellent choice for a distinctive, everyday scent.

The opening is distinctly citrusy, with a scent of dried fruit (grapefruit, orange, lemon…). The fragrance suggests bitter drinks such as Negroni, or orange liqueurs (like Cointreau). The contribution of the pepper and cardamom comes through very pleasantly. Recommended? Yes. A blind buy? No, unless you like alcoholic citrus scents.
A perfume that has nothing similar to anything I have smelled before; really elegant, it makes an impact and commands presence. The spicy, aromatic touch attracts a lot of attention (I’m not a fan of perfumes with pepper), but the pepper raw material used here is on another level and excellent: it doesn’t annoy, doesn’t suffocate, isn’t sharp, but instead accompanies the composition perfectly. Then the Negroni gives the perfume character and adds a little “alcoholic” touch; the rest of the notes round off the scent perfectly. Just a few sprays are enough for more than 10 hours on skin, easily. It could be an everyday perfume, but you leave a trail wherever you go. Highly recommended.
It is a classic-style perfume with a slightly bitter opening that will quickly remind you of the red bitters in the famous Negroni cocktail. As it develops, the bitterness fades and a really unique blend of spicy notes takes centre stage—one I don’t recall smelling in other perfumes—as well as a citrus note like orange liqueur that reminds me of Cointreau, or orange peel directly. Anyway, I recommend it; it’s very good and I don’t remember having tried anything like it! I’d say it’s ideal for anyone looking for a signature perfume with a lot of evolution, culminating in a dark, spiced citrus that is anything but innocent or generic, and very elegant.
I’ve had it for two weeks. It has become my wife’s favourite.
