Just bought. First impression: a citrus opening, most noticeable, with a sweet note I can’t quite identify (subtle vanilla or something fruity like currant? no idea) and a soft cardamom, a current trend. After 10 minutes, a pleasant elemi note emerges. Ultimately, I don’t detect the cacao, but I do notice the heather. I’ll let it age for months. UPDATED: After two showers and over 12 hours, on skin the heather and the incense-like touch of elemi are noticeable. It will be interesting to see how it oxidises; intensity may increase, but it remains to be seen. It’s not a bad fragrance, but it needs to show more. I would have loved for the cacao and vanilla to come through with much more force. WE SHALL SEE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.
It sits very close to Stronger with You, perhaps slightly airier and fresher upon first spray. Performance is decent; I picked up the 50ml version for around €22, and at this price, I think it’s a good option 👍
