Descripción

Pepe Jeans Celebrate for Him by Pepe Jeans London is a spicy aromatic fragrance for men. Launched in 2019, this composition was created by perfumer Jérôme di Marino. The top notes reveal the freshness of blackcurrant and lime, also known as green lemon. The heart of the fragrance unveils a warm and enveloping blend of cocoa, tonka bean, cinnamon, heliotrope and juniper. To finish, the base notes offer a woody and earthy foundation with amberwood, patchouli and birch.

  • I tried this purely by chance, and what luck, I hit the jackpot. I just applied it to my skin and it immediately reminded me of Paco Rabanne Pure XS, which I love the way it smells, but on my body it barely lasts 2 or 3 hours. What does this smell like? Like an intoxicating treat, something fruity and earthy all at once. The lemon note at the start gives a freshness that vanishes in minutes. Then, the cacao, tonka bean, and blackcurrants bring that sweet and fruity touch of Pure XS. The leathery birch, amberwood, and a very earthy patchouli close it off with a myrrh-like base, half-sweet, spicy, and powdery. I don’t know if it’s a clone, dupe, or inspiration, but it smells the same from start to finish, at less than half the price (around $25 for 100ml), and so far it has better longevity and projection on my skin than the original. Longevity and projection? I applied it 7 hours ago and it’s still clearly noticeable, projecting moderately when I move my arms. In this regard, and on MY skin, it surpasses Paco by a mile. Once you try it, you’ll remember me. Highly recommended.

  • Incredible perfume, patchouli, earthy, sexy, fruity, woody… it has it all. It’s as if you added chocolate to Creed Aventus. After finishing the bottle, I can say it resembles Givenchy Gentleman (2017) quite a bit.

  • A typical generic autumn fragrance, with chocolate and a soft tonka bean that doesn’t create the typical sweet base that dominates lately. A flat and artificial composition, with nothing to offer.

  • A fragrance for summer nights in clubs and pubs, youthful and sweet, akin to eggnog. At first, it gives the sensation of a piña colada and cream, or rather, chocolate. As it dries down, the spices and wood with tonka make it slightly more serious, though without losing that festive vibe. Not bad, within its range. The bottle is gorgeous, honestly, and I couldn’t determine the performance as it was a blind test. I imagine at least 5 or 6 sprays.

  • I think this is the best of Pepe Jeans. It’s a fragrance with many layers that become identifiable throughout its evolution. It starts very fresh (not blue/aquatic) and effervescent, like a mix of bergamot, Coca-Cola, and rum. It’s like an olfactory slap to the nose. As it settles, a bit of its bite remains (I suspect from the cinnamon) before turning sweeter, losing that initial freshness. It becomes more chocolatey but not overly sweet, rather earthy, with some weight, likely from the chocolate and tonka bean. The fragrance radiates for the first 2 hours (never Beast Mode) and then drops, but remains always present. Being so spicy and effervescent, combined with its sweetness, people will notice you’re wearing it. It’s quite similar to PR Pure XS. I’d rate it 7.8/10. Preferable for evening wear, ideal in autumn and winter, and in spring only on cooler nights. It’s a playful, informal fragrance, suitable for ages 20-35. Ideal for going out to a bar for an informal drink or meal; I’m not sure if it has enough punch for a club. In that case, I’d go for PR Pure XS Night or Ultra Male.

  • I was pleasantly surprised. While it’s not a clone of Paco Rabanne’s Pure XS, it can follow similar paths; there’s no redundancy in owning both, as this Pepe Jeans one takes a more earthy and chocolatey route. The notes of chocolate and cinnamon blend excellently, so the opening might make you think it will evolve into something citrusy and fruity; while it retains these notes discreetly, the predominant ones are chocolate, tonka bean, and cinnamon… a fragrance that has almost gone unnoticed by YouTubers… highly recommended!

I just bought it and I can say it smells similar to One Million Elixir but of a lower category. It has a trail of 3/5 and lasts on the skin for about 4 hours.

I bought it recently and can say it has a smell similar to One Million Elixir but of a lower tier. It has a trail of 3/5 and lasts on the skin for about 4 hours.

  • I tested it in-store on skin. The opening, in my opinion, is very poor. The blend of citrus and bitter chocolate is simply unpleasant and doesn’t work. However, once the citrus fades, it does leave a very curious fragrance. I found myself addicted to smelling it because I could detect several layers: chocolate, woods, earthy tones, tonka bean… But the truth is, I don’t see it as a perfume that earns compliments; it’s a strange, unconventional scent. Longevity was good on my skin, perhaps around 8 hours, but I feel the projection isn’t very strong since the notes are so particular…

  • This fragrance smells very rich and steps out a little from the norm, yet always within a relaxed style. Ideal if you’re young, like Rabbane, but your budget doesn’t quite stretch. It’s not very potent, but given the cost, it doesn’t hurt to overapply.

  • It smells fantastic. I agree 100% with those who say it’s like a drunken candy; it’s that exact scent. It’s delicious and versatile, but not for night unless you douse yourself with half a bottle. It doesn’t project much and the trail is soft, but up close it’s one of the most flattering I’ve encountered; if it lasted longer, it would be a bomb. Safe blind buy. If you catch it at a good price, it’s recommended; I’d buy it again only on a very good deal.

Blind buy that failed. The opening smells very strange, synthetic, and the dry-down is linear; once it dries, it becomes even weirder. It’s not for me, and I wouldn’t recommend it even at this price.

Blind buy fail. A very strange opening, an overly synthetic smell, linear development, and a dry-down that is even stranger and more synthetic. It’s not one of mine. I wouldn’t recommend it even at this price.
