Agree with Dodo. I wouldn’t recommend this for summer as the scent is too strong. At work, it felt overly sweet on my skin, so I stopped wearing it until winter. I bought it blind and didn’t like it at first, and I still don’t. To be honest, it’s a good fragrance, ideal for going out at night or for the office. The opening is potent with ginger, pepper, and leather; it’s aromatic and sweet. I know it says leather is a base note, but it’s noticeable at the start, or perhaps I’m mistaken. Rating: 7.6/10
Agree with Dodo. I don’t use it in summer as it overwhelms me. I tried it at the office and found it too sweet, perhaps due to my skin, and haven’t worn it since until now that it’s winter. I bought it blind and although it didn’t convince me at first, it does now. To be serious, it’s a good fragrance, ideal for going out at night or for everyday office wear. The initial impact is strong with ginger, pepper, and leather; very aromatic and sweet. I know it says the leather is a base note, but it’s noticeable at the start, or perhaps I’m wrong. I give it 7.6/10.
AVON ATTRACTION SENSATION: Smells nice, though not quite top tier. It’s very close to Invictus, but on my skin, it’s a sweet freshness with a very pleasant, clean peppery touch. It’s a pleasing and comfortable scent. The issue is that it’s nothing new and the performance isn’t standout; you have to reapply it every hour in quantity for it to last. Despite the 75ml bottle, it runs out quickly. I see it as versatile for any season, ideal for the office. Frankly, it’s not bad, but I won’t be buying it again. Scent: 8.0. Projection: first hour. Longevity: max 3 to 4 hours; from the second hour onwards, it’s barely noticeable on the skin. Given the price and what it offers, I recommend trying it before purchasing.
AVON ATTRACTION SENSATION: Smells nice, though not one of the best. It reminds me a lot of Invictus, but with a fresh, sweet, and spicy touch that I like and smells clean. It’s a pleasant and comfortable scent. The problem is that it’s nothing original and the longevity is poor; you have to apply a lot and reapply every hour for it to last. Although the bottle contains 75ml, it finishes quickly. I see it as useful for any moment and season, ideal for the office. Frankly, it’s not bad, but I won’t be buying it again. Scent: 8.0. Projection: first hour. Longevity: max 3 to 4 hours; from the second hour onwards, it’s barely noticeable on the skin. Given the price and what it delivers, I recommend trying it before purchasing.
Reminded me of Invictus but without that rubbery or salty sensation; it’s incredible how they achieve something similar with other notes, though it has its own personality. The best part is discovering that Avon’s premium range produces quality compositions; it feels soft to the nose, comfortable, and pleasantly persistent. It has a sour character with a subtle sweet nuance, like red candy, just to soften the acidity; it’s clean and perfect for the office and a white shirt. Recommended. UPDATE: Over time, I’ve grown to like it more, noticing new nuances. The pepper is present in a different way, not traditional or spicy, but combined with sage to create a rich, non-astringent mineral accord, very different from the usual. I’m liking it more and more. Once again, I highlight the quality for the price. FINAL UPDATE: With my collection of nearly 90 perfumes, I wore it again yesterday and then went out with my girlfriend. I was impressed by how much she loved it; every time we hugged, she pressed against my chest and inhaled as if she were out of breath. She said it smells sweet, distinct, and not cloying, and that she detects it at a medium distance, whereas I barely noticed it myself.
