A dark, woody, serene and elegant fragrance. It isn’t groundbreaking, but I absolutely love it; it’s my favourite style. It outshines Land of Warriors and A Enchanted Forest, which I also enjoyed but less so. The house’s balance is positive, though it deserves more recognition. I don’t understand why they haven’t released anything since 2016; this is their last. I’d buy it if I could find a good price. I’ll have to wait and see on longevity, as I fear it’s the house’s Achilles’ heel; I’ve tried it several times and it doesn’t last long (or perhaps it fades quickly on me). Plus, it’s hard to get in Europe; I’ve only tested it in decants.
