Blanc Poudre is pure olfactory minimalism. A raw white musk in its most unadulterated form, without floral notes or sweet touches to soften it. Here, the powder isn’t silky but almost rough, with a dryness that borders on mineral. Forget the creamy sweetness of vanilla or iris; it has a dry, slightly severe texture, like a cloud of talc in the air. It’s neither warm nor cosy; it feels distant, unisex due to its neutrality and restrained expression. For those seeking a white musk without compromise, it offers something sober and elegant, with that clean, serene air unfolding softly on the skin.
This is a powder in every sense of the word. It maintains a soft sweetness without being cloying. Talcum-powdered, ultra-fine, delicate and warm.
I was looking for rice powder but it only smells of musk, the very musk of those Radhe Shyam room sprays costing three euros instead of a hundred…
