  It’s a fragrance that feels both familiar and surprising at the same time. It has that classic base of rose, incense, and oud that gives the impression of having smelled it before, yet everything is treated differently here. The oud doesn’t smell medicinal or like excrement; instead, it’s woody and much softer than usual. The incense adds a balsamic touch with a slightly smoky nuance, moving away from the typical. The vetiver lends a certain warmth and creaminess, while the heliotrope, combined with the powdery notes, creates a dusty character that stands out most compared to other ouds I’ve tried. The performance is moderate, with good longevity but a soft projection and a skin scent that doesn’t linger for long. I see it as unisex and as an alternative to more intense ouds for daily wear.
