  • Wonderful and exquisite. Everything I could say would seem inadequate. If you’re looking for or enjoy the gourmand side, that appetising aspect right on the skin, it’s an absolutely correct purchase. The trail is wide but not penetrating, respecting spaces and tastes. It doesn’t overwhelm or make you uncomfortable. You wear it comfortably. Very good longevity, without it seeming like you’re being fumigated. It’s a set of caramelised red fruits; the blackcurrant side is noticeable, that touch of fruity forest, the sweetness, and the benzoin are also evident. I’ve been enchanted since the first day, the second time I was still enchanted, and by the third, I had to take it home. It has a slight DNA of Burberry Her, but it’s not a copy. You can tell Francis K’s nose is behind this jewel. It’s one of those scents you want to wear even to go to sleep, or not shower so it doesn’t fade. It’s this good that Burberry Her Intense is! Enjoy it.

  • I found my dream gourmand: Burberry Her Intense captures you from the first spray. I tried it out of curiosity and it took just one touch for me to realise it’s enchanting. At first, you feel well-sweet, provocative, and tempting red berries. After five minutes, a very subtle jasmine is perceived, adding balance. In the dry-down, the benzoin stands out, although the red berries and blackberry accompany you until the end. It feels refined and high quality. It has a moderate but very present trail, which I love. Thanks to the benzoin, it becomes balsamic on the skin and fixes very well. Without a doubt, I recommend it; it’s youthful, sexy, coquettish, and addictive. Definitely a perfect sweet fragrance!

  • If you’re looking for a lovely, unobtrusive gourmand, this is your perfume. How beautiful you are! It has a curious opening, acidic and fleeting, with an exquisite blend of berries that soon turns sweet and balsamic. It has that Burberry stamp but with a touch of Baccarat, the best of both worlds. It never loses the sensation of berries, but its dry-down is a wonderful avianilla. I don’t know how I’ll manage because I want to spray it even on my salad. Hahaha, I think this 30ml bottle will feel like too little for me.

I completely agree with the previous reviews. Its opening borders on the childish, like a blackberry lip balm, but it evolves significantly to become a mature perfume. Although I’m not used to formal fruity perfumes, this one does it perfectly. I like it for summer afternoons and evenings. It has good fixation and trail, and although it’s not pure originality, I do recommend trying it. For me, it has a hint of Baccarat Rouge 540.

  • What a disappointment. I sprayed it on my skin and clothes (8-9 sprays) and felt nothing. It smelled like almost nothing, if anything, a very faint fruity note, but basically it was non-existent. It seems like a rip-off; not even a cheap cologne is this bad, with zero trail and longevity. Does it have a scent? I didn’t perceive any.

Oh, my mother, don’t kill me, but I went in with expectations too high. What I found was a car air freshener priced like gold… I’m still in shock!

Oh my goodness! Don’t kill me, but I had expectations far too high and ended up with a car air freshener priced like gold… I’m still in shock!

  • What a delicious fragrance! I bought it thinking of the BR540, and while it initially seemed like just strawberries, after an hour the benzoin emerges, giving a sensation of burnt sugar and red berry jam. It lacks the woody touch of the BR540, but I do smell what I wanted. I can see myself in a forest stirring a giant cauldron of burnt sugar, a sweet union between Pachamama and me. It makes me so happy it feels like a delirium, hahaha.

  • I bought it in a moment of impulse without being sure, and between the berries and the benzoin, something just didn’t quite seduce me. It smells nice, but I didn’t feel the urge to wear it. The longevity is good (over six hours) and the trail, though not eternal, is definitely noticeable. I ended up selling it and it won’t be back. PS: My boyfriend said it smelled like men’s deodorant.

  • I gifted this to my mother and it looks spectacular on her; those berry notes are pure delight.

  • At first, it didn’t quite convince me, but it had a certain ‘something’ that made me buy it. Once I learned it was by Francis Kurkdjian, everything made sense 🤭. It features sweet red fruits with a hint of acidity and plenty of creamy wood. It lasts well on clothes; they still smell the next day. The trail is medium-low, almost personal. I enjoy it more than I expected. Edit: over time, I noticed it irritates me as it dries down, at least on my skin. The opening is super feminine, but the dry-down is very masculine; although I like unisex scents, my brother wears it better than I do.

  • When I first tried it, it wasn’t entirely to my taste, but there was a ‘something’ that made me buy it. Later, I saw it was by Francis Kurkdjian and I understood. It’s sweet yet acidic red berries with lots of creamy wood. The longevity is good on clothes; the next day they still smell. The trail is medium to low, more of a personal scent. I enjoy it more than I thought. Edit: after using it for some time, I must add that I’m slightly irritated by how it changes when it dries, at least on my skin. The opening is beautiful and super feminine, while the dry-down is very masculine. Although I like unisex scents, in this case, my brother uses it and wears it much better than I do.

  • I like it very much, and although it resembles the original, it lacks that slightly brash note that didn’t convince me in the classic. The dry-down is totally addictive, it has good longevity, and the trail is moderate. I see it for daytime use in any season. In short, I love it.

  • With the Burberry Her Intense, I detect the benzoin very strongly, its most characteristic note. At first, the red berries and blackberry stand out, then they blend, and the benzoin takes over the scent. It’s not my favourite note, but in the cold, it’s pleasant and cosy. It lasts a fortune: I applied it at 7:30 am and I’m still feeling it at 3 pm. It’s a constant presence. Would I buy it? No, it’s not my type. New review: I regret what I wrote two years ago! What an exquisite perfume! Tastes change over time. Delicious! And it lasts an eternity on my skin.

  • Gingerbunny

Huge longevity. Decent trail for how strong it is. Smells very much of cherry lollipop. It has a touch of acidic red berries with lots of benzoin, which smells like hospital or medicine. It can be pleasant in small quantities, but it’s not my favourite, not even jokingly.

  • I already suspected that brands hide notes. I can’t believe it only lists the ones on Fragrantica; those aren’t enough for that fruity, sweet, caramelised, burnt, and metallic scent (it reminds me of BR540). At first, it smells of burnt cherry and raspberry caramel; I hardly notice the strawberry like in the traditional version; instead, there are juicier, darker red berries. As it dries, the white floral remains mixed with the reduced red berry caramel. It changes significantly from opening to dry-down. I’m starting to like it, even though it’s not my usual type; the traditional smells very much of strawberries, while the Intense is deeper and more sophisticated.

  • ameyamidan

I tried it for a few days because the opening captivated me; I thought the blackberries would be more present, but they weren’t. The dry-down didn’t make me fall in love more. It’s extremely strong and can linger for days; its performance felt very suffocating. It smells of more things than the website states; I sensed an out-of-place note, like something smoky that didn’t appeal to me. I felt it was a perfume for someone over 40 at a formal event.

  • I managed to get a bottle when I found out it was no longer sold. At first, it threw me off: it’s fruity (mainly blackberry) but smells like cough syrup, so I thought it wouldn’t have the freshness of the original. But as it dried down, it started to shine; it’s denser, slightly spiced, and the benzoin prevails, mixed with vanilla, creating an intoxicating and sensual combination. I also detect a hidden patchouli. It’s versatile for all seasons but better in the afternoon. The trail is surprising; you could smell it even with a face mask. It lasts about five hours with a strong projection and another hour close to the skin. Do I need the original and the Intense? No. I prefer the first for its strawberry scent, but if you like sweet and spiced notes, go for the Intense. If you’re a collector, it’s a must.

  • MeliEsponda30

I love it; it’s my favourite worldwide. It’s intense but not cloying. Highly praised by men. I recommend it, but don’t buy blindly: many adore it while others hate it; I don’t understand why. Every nose is a different world. It’s worth trying, and if you like it, hurry up and buy it because it’s discontinued and hard to find.

  • What a beautiful fragrance! On my skin, it lasts amazingly, over six hours. The scent is creamy, reminding me of a red berry lipstick. I don’t compare it to the original because that one smells very much of strawberries; here, the red berries come out strong, followed by spices, wrapped in benzoin. On my skin, I detect a hint of patchouli, even though it’s not listed. It’s for cold days or evening wear.

  • Smells exactly like the classic Burberry Her but with more punch, and it suits me better. It lasts incredibly long and has a creamy touch; the strawberry is still there but more intense because it also features red berries and blackberries. It’s the winter or evening version of the original. Edit: shortly after applying it, it smells like boiling sugar dissolving, ending in caramel.

  • I’m reviewing it again because truly… excellent, perfect. It has the right amount of sweetness, like caramel burning, and that mysterious Baccarat note that gives it a super clean, crisp touch. The longevity is enormous; I feel it all day and the more hours pass, the sweeter it becomes. If that’s the case… 10.

  • I expected something super cloying and odious, but when I smelled it I wasn’t much taken. Upon wearing it, wow! It’s a super lovely, sweet and elegant fragrance. The red fruits, cherry and blackberry stand out. Benzoin is also present, giving an avoind and balsamic sensation. If you’re gourmand lovers, you’ll adore it. It’s become one of my two favourites.

  • It’s my absolute signature scent; I adore it, and everyone around me loves it too. That sweet touch earns me plenty of compliments and instantly lifts my mood. The notes are exquisite and blend perfectly—it is, by far, the best Burberry Her flanker. What a shame they’ve discontinued it; it’s a pity to lose gems like this and so many others.

  • It’s my signature scent, I love it and so does my circle. That sweet smell gets me so many compliments, it cheers me up and lifts my mood. Its notes are beautiful and well-blended, far and away the best flanker of Burberry Her. They shouldn’t have discontinued it, what a pity when wonderful perfumes go the way of this.

  • Reina Amigdala

I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this if I wear it so much and love it. It feels sophisticated and unique to me. I detect no similarity with Baccarat Rouge. It is very resinous yet fruity at the same time; I perceive red fruits and lots of benzoin. The trail is moderate and lasts about eight hours.

  • It’s in my top 5 of all time. It’s so gorgeous, juicy and creamy that it makes me feel the sexiest and prettiest. It’s red fruits in syrup, that’s what I smell most on my skin. It’s sweet without being cloying, lasts over 12 hours. If you get the chance, buy it, it’s very hard to find.

  • It’s in my top five of all time 🤩. It’s so beautiful, juicy, and creamy that I feel the sexiest and most lovely when wearing it. It’s red fruits in syrup—that’s what I notice most on my skin. It’s sweet but not cloying, and it lasts for hours (over 12h). If you get the chance, buy it; it’s very hard to find 🥹🍓✨

  • I stick with the original. Its opening is very strong, giving me a sensation of childhood syrup with the Burberry original in the base. It’s not terrible but not brilliant either. As it dries down it resembles the original more and becomes sweeter, yet it still retains a note I don’t enjoy.

  • I stick with the original. Its opening seems very strong to me, like a childish syrup, with the base of the original Burberry. It doesn’t smell terrible but isn’t great either. When it dries down, it resembles the original more and becomes sweeter, but it still retains a note I don’t like.

  • anamaestracorreo

Mate, why did you discontinue it? It’s out of stock online everywhere. To me, it’s the best strawberry perfume in history. Lasts 24 hours on me. The Elixir version smells the same but doesn’t last as long. The Intense beats the regular. I have my bottle at 75% and I’ll be heartbroken when it runs out.

  • Kathy Martín

I love it and need it forever. Smells sweet and cloyingly delicious, exactly as I adore. My boyfriend loved it from metres away. Lasts for hours and hours. Smells of red fruits and cherry, simply divine. If you don’t like sweet scents, don’t buy it, though it’s impossible to get hold of.

  • I’d almost forgotten about it due to my addiction to Joop Le Bain, but today I wore it and I’m back. Burberry, why have you discontinued this? It’s a masterpiece by Francis Kurkdjian for Vos. Mimimi.

  • Smells like Le Belle but without that original touch. Projects a lot, though I detect no Cloud or BR notes whatsoever.
