Descripción

Dior Addict Purple Glow Eau De Parfum is a creation from the fruity-floral-gourmand olfactive family, designed for women. This new fragrance, launched in 2025, has been signed by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. Its olfactive pyramid unfolds with top notes of candied flowers, raspberry, and icing sugar; a heart of Tuscany iris; and a base of vanilla.

  • I bought it blindly in 30ml and it hasn’t left me indifferent, although I need to give it time. It has a rich smell of the classic violet sweets from Madrid, but also a greasy base that reminds me of using lard on our faces when we didn’t have creams; that nuance doesn’t convince me. It hasn’t fully convinced me, but I owe it another try.

  • I tried it at Sephora and it delighted me more than I expected. It smells of caramelised violets with that iris note reminiscent of lipstick, over a very sweet vanilla base. It’s an airy gourmand, sweet but not cloying. For me, who adores violets, it’s a total success. I imagine it goes brilliantly with Cheirosa 59 by Sol de Janeiro; they seem to be from the same family. It lasts about six hours on my skin and the trail is potent at first. I’ve already added it to my wishlist.

It’s like a violet and iris caramel, neither too gourmand nor overly vanilla. It’s not like Celeste; this is a perfectly lightly sugared violet for everyday wear. Very lovely.

A resounding NO: it smells like supermarket sweets, childish and generic. It reminds me of those Victoria’s Secret fruity sprays or cough syrup. Perhaps they’re aiming for a younger audience to go viral, but for me, it’s completely forgettable.

It’s like a violet and iris caramel, without being gourmand or excessively vanilla. It’s not like Celeste; this is a lightly sugared violet, perfect for everyday wear. Very lovely.

  • This perfume seems insulting to me; it smells of sweat rather than fragrance. The scent is identical to the taste of a hookah.
