Descripción

Narciso Rodriguez for Her Eau de Parfum by Narciso Rodriguez is a woody floral musk fragrance for women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by Christine Nagel and Francis Kurkdjian. In its olfactive development, the top notes reveal a duet of rose and peach; the heart is sustained by musk and amber, while the base anchors the structure with patchouli and sandalwood.

  • It smells clean and floral, a very soft aroma. In winter, it performs well, but you have to bathe in it, so I complement it with lotion. It is a casual-formal scent, suitable for daily use.

  • This perfume simply must not be missing from my wife’s collection. Besides, I make sure it never runs out. For me, it is the most elegant scent I have ever smelled. It is so elegant that when a lady passes by, I have to turn around to smell it. It is elegant beyond measure. That said, I do not see it as suitable for a 20-year-old girl.

  • The only thing I can say is that it smells like the Avon creams my grandmother used when I was a child.

  • After trying this fragrance several times (I love the NRs, but they have poor longevity on my skin), I decided to buy the 100ml bottle at Rouge perfumery in Buenos Aires. I was delighted with the purchase, so when it arrived home, I opened it near the window in the sunlight. Backlit, I can see the liquid reaches only to the start of the black lettering on the bottle, leaving approximately 12mm of empty space. Is this normal? Will this happen with all colour bottles? As expected, no explanation or solution was provided. If anyone knows something, I would be grateful. The fragrance is classic and divine. A timeless musk invades the space, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. It lends itself to mixing and layering with more floral or woody notes, allowing you to play with scents and create. For me, it is too minimalist.

  • I admit I am not a great fan of perfumes with rose or peach as main notes, which dominate this scent. It is a very clean combination of rose and peach, followed by a soft white musk that dominates the dry-down. The deep notes (patchouli and amber) are barely noticeable on my skin. Although it is not my style, I enjoyed wearing it: it is cosy, light, and feminine. It seemed like a harmless daily scent that would work in any season and occasion, day or night. I associate it with a delicate, romantic, and innocent woman who likes to feel admired. I see it as perfect for a romantic bride, one of those who marries because they found their ideal partner and have been dreaming of the dress for years. It is not very long-lasting and does not project much, so I advise carrying a travel spray in your bag to reapply. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 6/10 Versatile: 8/10 Original: 6/10

  • I have been using it for years. It is one of my indispensable favourites. It is such a beautiful, refined, and elegant aroma that when I wear it, I feel like Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice. It is a timeless wonder. Very floral, musky, and powdery; a treasure inside a pink bottle. It is versatile; I could wear it at the office or on a first date. It should be eternal. Pure romance bottled as perfume. ❤️❤️❤️

  • I have been wearing this perfume for months; it is very personal and elegant. It is one of the most absolutely feminine and fresh floral scents you can wear. Opinions may vary, but it has a lot of personality. Truly, it must appeal if you enjoy the elegant touch of a rose garden, a light floral note with bergamot mid-notes, evolving into the powdery dry-down of amber and musk. It is a fragrance without pretensions of being invasive, perfect for wearing on a crisp autumn morning or an evening stroll. At night, I interpret it as ideal for a leisurely dinner or creating new memories.

  • I waited ages to get my hands on it. With great regret, the scent simply doesn’t suit me. I bought it based on reviews, but it was a disappointment. Do not buy blindly. I will not be repurchasing, nor can I wear it; the smell is strange and must be lovely on others, but on my skin, it smells awful. I recommend testing before buying. I apologise, but I felt so frustrated I couldn’t help but share my annoyance.

  • Soft and velvety; I adore all Narciso Rodriguez perfumes, though I find this one a bit too powdery. It is a very feminine fragrance, although I personally prefer the classic Narciso Rodriguez.

  • Madame_Butterfly

I just want to recommend to anyone planning to buy the perfume to check against the light (even with the phone torch pressed against the bottle) if it comes full, because I’m sure mine doesn’t. I have one I considered almost full of 100ml because it has seen very little use, but I’ve used the Musc Noir with clear glass so much that today I saw the For Her Edp is at the same level as the Musc Noir. It can’t be; I’m sure they aren’t giving you the 100ml they sell. I’d already heard rumours that the painted Narciso bottles came with less content and now I confirm it, just like a girl down here. It’s unfair that besides being an expensive product, they pull our leg by giving us less than we pay for. It’s unjust and a fraud. I’m extremely angry and certainly their perfumes will no longer have priority for repurchase in my collection; if anything, I’ll replace one or two, but not the whole collection, and especially not if I can’t see what they’re selling me.

  • I tried it today… super excited… but on me the aroma reminds me of citronella, I didn’t like it…

  • At first it smells very much like musk and clean, then it turns to roses and gives the impression of a daily office perfume. But in its dry down… it has smelled a bit like rubber and plastic to me, and after twenty minutes I almost had no scent. It has disappointed me quite a bit.

  • Perfumesjuveniles

I smelled it for the first time yesterday and it smells terrible on me, like rubber. I suppose it’s my skin, but try it before buying blindly.

  • Isabeau Lafontaine

I bought it when it launched because smelling it made me want to own it. Almost twenty years ago, it seemed to me an original, novel and feminine aroma. With few sprays, I was scented all day, leaving a trail like snails, something very unusual for me. It became my signature fragrance until one day I realised I couldn’t stand it and it gave me headaches. I put the bottle aside expecting a strange phase, but it hasn’t been that way. Today its potency overwhelms me; I find it too synthetic and very musky. I’m aware of the great acceptance of the NR range, but since I acquired this lovely matte pink bottle, I haven’t felt the slightest urge to buy or try another. It stays there, in my dressing table like a soul in purgatory, waiting for someone to give it the use it deserves.

  • Soyyoymiperfume

For its price, which is high, it leaves much to be desired. The performance is poor; after two hours I can’t smell it anymore, nor can others, because they tell me it feels very weak. It’s a synthetic perfume and it shows; I wouldn’t buy it again. It is feminine, yes, but for the price, I’d buy another with more personality and better performance. For me, it’s a NO.

  • Rodrirumba

This fragrance smells very clean. My wife, whose signature scent is Narciso Pure Musc, was given it as a gift. We have a home and laundry fragrance called Asevi Brisa that smells exactly the same and costs only two euros.

  • jessica_chinos

I tried the perfume at Palacio de Hierro and it seemed excellent for layering. I bought it, but when I tried it at home, it smelled like human skin, something sexual with flowers and talc. I regretted it a bit because I thought I’d use it for work, but with so much sensuality, it doesn’t work too well. It’s for fresh temperatures; I wouldn’t recommend it for very hot summers, as it would amplify its sensuality unless you want to seduce anyone who gets close.

  • Sanza Perfu-mística

Yesterday I was wandering around Zara; perfume lovers know that smelling and spraying what they offer is almost a professional sport. I found Bright Rose, a dupe of NR For Her, and I took it for two reasons: first, my NR is running out and this Zara one will fill the gap nicely while… you know, not everyone can always afford it. The second is the pleasure of comparing them throughout the day. What a delightful surprise! They are super similar, almost 99.99%. The sillage and projection are identical, although the NR lasts a bit longer, around nine hours close to the skin. This NR is brilliant because every time I wear it, it injects me with energy and positivity; it’s so clean, cheerful and elegant that it projects an ethereal cleanliness.

  • Audrey2016

Alongside Coco Mademoiselle, this is my favourite. To me, ‘For Her’ embodies the feminine, sexy and elegant woman. The musk gives it a clean yet sensual touch, like a second skin. It’s super versatile for any season, with good sillage and longevity. The body cream is enchanting; I think it’s the best I’ve tried; together they make a wonderful combo. One of my indulgences. I believe there isn’t a single NR perfume I don’t like.

  • Miireyaps

I never thought this perfume would be mine. I like sweet, cloying, tooth-rotting scents… sugar through the pores. When I smelled it in the shop, it hit me and I couldn’t stop inhaling it; plus, it lasted an eternity on my skin, which made me buy it. It’s a very durable and elegant crack; I look perfect with it as a bride. It’s sweet yet bold, softly floral, very tender and elegant. I highly recommend it for those days when you need to escape the sugar but still feel elegant ✨

  • anamaestracorreo

It’s a great perfume, even though it’s very trendy. Now I use the Lidl inspiration; although it’s not 100% identical, if you go for two sprays, you’ll smell a mile away (seriously). When I finish it, I don’t know if I’ll go back to the original or stick with this. It’s not identical, but it could be another variant in the Narciso For Her collection.

  • Narciso For Her EDP, what a delight; it’s pure sensuality in a bottle. The genius of Francis Kurkdjian and the distinction of Narciso Rodríguez create a simple yet strong elegance. It’s seductive, clean, and sophisticated. The musk with touches of amber and velvety rose, plus a hint of fresh peach, creates that ultra-femininity. It’s a modern classic that gives you confidence; the more I use it, the more I adore it. Projection is moderate but noticeable, enveloping you all day. Lasts 7 to 8 hours. The box is pretty and minimalist. Who is it for? All men in the world.

  • Marcela C.

It smells like an elegant lady from a movie. Test before you spend. Fortunately, they decanted it for me.

  • What can I say about this guy? He’s a total crack 😍😍😍. Suits a mature, elegant, and super sensual woman perfectly. At first, it smells like alcohol, but then the rose emerges and it steals the show. It’s an intoxicating blend of elegance and sensuality. The musk lingers and mixes beautifully with the rose. I LOVE IT. On my skin, it lasts 6 to 8 hours. The clone I know is Zara’s Bright Rose; they are identical (what a pity it’s no longer available; I don’t know if they still make it). Yes, the patchouli takes centre stage at the end, but mixed with the rose and sandalwood, it’s a spectacle. In short, it’s a total perfumazo.

  • Something incredible happened today: on the bus, a woman flooded the air with a divine and unique perfume. I was completely blown away (I own nearly 20 perfumes); she walked by and I could smell the aroma trailing her. I asked her and she said it was by Narciso Rodríguez, but she didn’t say which one. I’ll head to a perfumerie to discover what it is.

  • A beautiful, elegant, feminine and versatile fragrance. It suits any weather and occasion. Incredible longevity and a lovely sillage. My favourite.

  • tandesireerome

It smells delicious; I would buy it again. I’m fascinated by it for daytime wear; I feel clean and very feminine. It’s a pity it doesn’t last long.

  • biancanabille

I don’t understand this fragrance. I love other NR scents, but For Her EDP and EDT feel very raspy, spicy, aggressive and somewhat animalistic 🙁 I want to love it but I just can’t get used to it.

  • I’m not a fan of Narciso Rodríguez generally; most of them smell like insecticide. However, I absolutely adore For Her EDP and Pure Musc, which is curious because I’m a sweet scent lover and used to hate patchouli. It smells of patchouli, musk and roses: fresh, feminine, elegant and slightly ‘mature’. It doesn’t resemble anything I usually wear, yet I like it. It has a vintage vibe and is sharp at first. Don’t buy it blindly.

  • It amused me to read some reviews; it happened to me the same as Isabeau Lafontaine. I consider it a very good perfume. I loved it and wore it for a while, at least two years. I’m surprised to read that for some it doesn’t last on the skin; for me it lasted until the next shower, and wherever I went they knew I had been there because I still smelled, and they loved it… They asked me many times what it was. Over time I started using other perfumes to vary, even though back then there wasn’t such a fever for fragrances and people tended to be faithful to their perfume of a lifetime, but I already loved this world and knowing novelties then. But one fine day, I went to put it on again and I couldn’t believe it… It gave me a headache and generated rejection. I didn’t want that to happen with something I liked so much. I gave it many opportunities, tested it at different times and observing changes, but since then I have a whole large bottle and I can’t wear it. Now I look at it with nostalgia, I still like it a lot, but I can’t stand it. So there it is in my collection, admiring the beautiful bottle, with the hope that one day I can enjoy it again. If anyone knows why these things can happen, I’d appreciate if you told me. Thanks!

  • Gemma GB, well, that can happen for several reasons, but it has to do with the information recorded by our subconscious. The subconscious records absolutely everything: weather, voices, tones, songs, smells, textures, EVERYTHING. That’s why it takes us to a moment, a sensation, or even to relive a past emotion. Normally you have to dig to know the reason, but there’s always a situation X, which can be unpleasant at a deep level (a death, witnessing something strong) or superficial (not feeling well with someone, lowering your self-esteem, an unpleasant sensation, or someone who made you suffer using that perfume). If this happens, you can associate that smell with bad memories or reject it to ‘protect ourselves’. I hope I’ve helped and invite you to dig; most of the time you don’t need to work hard, sometimes just being aware is like unlocking it and saying: ‘ah, so this information isn’t necessary’, and it can be repaired.

  • I tried the Intense and then this one, and I say that everything I disliked about the first, I love about this. It’s a feminine perfume to the max; the rose and peach notes are superbly balanced with that powdery sensation, finishing with a soft patchouli that doesn’t break the harmony. It’s not the most original, something I value, but if you’re looking for an easy perfume to wear all year round and that makes you feel ‘coquette’, I think it’s ideal. It doesn’t last long, but enough for this type of scent. Besides, it transmits a timeless, youthful and simple sensation that will never go out of fashion.

  • I had a work colleague who smoked and used it… I forever keep in memory the most unpleasant association just from seeing the bottle from afar. It’s a pity for me, but it has nothing to do with me… at least in this life. But try it and draw your own conclusions; if you like it (as so many people do), get hold of it.

  • Mademoiselle

It’s hard to describe its aroma, but it makes me feel like a classy woman. It’s clean and elegant, but it doesn’t smell like soap or citrus; it represents a neat, subtle and self-assured femininity.

  • It’s a rose perfume, a fresh rose. The musk gives it power and makes it enveloping, sharp and clean. It doesn’t smell like powdery rose talcum, even though it’s in the accords. It’s very fresh but noticeable. On rainy days, it’s the best. I don’t detect the peach. It’s very subtle, it’s not a scent with evolution, it feels the same always: rose, musky, fresh and clean. For me, all the notes aim to achieve a very realistic rose aroma. It seems it won’t last, but it feels like it does all day.

  • It’s a very good perfume, just look at the two perfumers who created it. It’s very feminine, blending fruit, milky and musk accords in a balanced harmony.

  • Narciso, Narciso, what have you done to me? It smells like the disinfectant you perceive when entering a ward or hospital.

  • As the saying goes, one man’s meat is another man’s poison, especially with scents, and it rhymes too. I came across this perfume through a shop assistant who recommended it as a gift; she was around 50, in my opinion someone with plenty of experience, and she took it from the stock room as it wasn’t on display, having been there for years. Ever since I smelled it, I’ve loved it. As a man, I say it’s incredibly seductive; for me, if a girl wears it, it adds a point that attracts me, it feels at a medium distance and invites you not to move away. Now that I’m into selling perfumes, I confess it’s in my top female list; in fact, my mother has one and I’m gifting it to my sister this year. Still, I keep one saved and sometimes give myself a little spray on my hand to smell it a few times, as it’s addictive. I recommend waiting a bit before smelling it so the sensation is better. I know many perfumes and my mother has many gifted to me by me (Loewe, J’adore, Dior Addict…), but this is very sensual, invites seduction and is unforgettable. I recommend it 100% for women aged 25 and above, for weekends or events; perhaps for everyday use it might tire you and your surroundings and lose that special touch. Among the Narciso Rodriguez female range, I consider it the best in Eau de Parfum format.

  • Missfragancias

Still exploring this fragrance and without a final verdict. I’ve worn it for months and tried it a few times. The first spray was such a sharp blast of musk that I felt dizzy and got a slight headache. Now the pain has passed, but the dizziness lingers; I have to spray it on clothes only, once, and that’s enough. It lasts over eight hours, and although I use just one spray and it doesn’t have much sillage, the projection with that amount is potent, so I imagine it would be even stronger if I sprayed more. Honestly, with my limited experience in notes, I only detect the musk and a very hidden, faint rose. It doesn’t smell feminine, but neutral. When it dries down, it smells like warm milk. More than sensual, I feel it’s very sexual and animalistic. Perhaps in a few months I’ll return with a more complete opinion, but I wanted to share these first impressions. It doesn’t disgust me, but it hasn’t won my heart either.
