  • It’s wonderful. Clean, crystalline. For me, it’s the best perfume Zara has ever made. It’s supposedly ideal for boosting other perfumes in the style of niche brand Ab Initio; this would be similar to Musk Therapy, but wearing it exactly as is is perfect.

  • Well, I see a bit more interest here, but let’s not get carried away. With that name, I expected something more cheeky. But then again, we’re dealing with a slightly naive, dreamy, and clean scent, very proper: perhaps more suitable for the office or formal occasions. It’s demure, with that slightly watery but pleasant sandalwood, and just the right amount of personality. I see it with a certain charm for what Zara usually offers, very appropriate for an important interview or a first impression that isn’t either an overwhelming blast of personality or a weak, sickly cologne. It’s right in its sweet spot with very simple notes. The first and second phases are very good, but the third, as almost always, is meh.

I loved it immensely. A pleasant and unique scent, something not everyone smells, which is a plus. I detect a sweet, woody rose but without being cloying; it’s a simple perfume yet not boring. The sillage is moderate, nothing uncomfortable. In my case, the longevity is 4 to 5 hours, but given the price, there’s no issue with reapplying. Will I buy it again? Yes.

  • Woody and sweet. The best part is that it pairs well with sweet perfumes like Nocturnal Life. It’s like an egg and a chestnut when compared to Interdit. The intensity is medium-low, but it gains so much when layered.

  • This fragrance is my absolute favourite; I’ve had it since last autumn as it’s now discontinued. It’s perfect for this season; it overwhelmed me in spring so I put it away, but now I finally use it. This autumn, I plan to layer it to try out some blends. For now, I’ve paired it with Energetically New York (a supposed dupe of Santal 33) on a rainy day and it works brilliantly. I bought a second bottle on Vinted and I’m absolutely thrilled. It has personality, is slightly sharp, modern, elegant, and strong. I wear it on my wrist at night and can still smell it close to my skin the next morning. I love it for nighting out or a jazz club; I love the name, bought it blind, and got it right. Bye Love.

  • Ugh, it’s so slow. I just picked up the new edition with the same cap but a rounded bottle. It’s undeniable that it has a kinship with L’Interdit, but it’s not a clone. They’re similar yet distinct. I don’t detect any wood here, just flowers and more flowers (it smells like jasmine to me, not rose). It lacks the punch of the big collection scents like Nobody Knows or Someday Sometimes; it’s the lighter little sister. Very faint, no sillage, and short-lived. At €20, I won’t be buying it again.
