Caramel Pop by Vivamor Parfums is an oriental vanilla fragrance for men and women. This composition was launched in 2023 under the olfactory direction of Sidonie Lancesseur. In its opening, the top notes unfold a playful interplay between popcorn and bergamot. The heart reveals a combination of chestnut, caramel, and orchid, while the base settles on an absolute of vanilla, benzoin, and Virginia cedar.

It’s sweet and warm, with that popcorn and caramel scent that can sometimes be unappealing on the skin, but here the citrus notes in the heart make it delightful. As it dries down, the chestnut also becomes apparent. For me, those citrus notes turned this fragrance into an absolute pleasure. It’s rich, with moderate projection and lasts around six hours. Ideal for autumn and winter. A well-thought-out gourmand, very different from the usual, a work by the talented Sidonie. One of my favourites from VIVAMOR and their new line.
I’ve never heard such a spot-on description. It smells of popcorn with a vanilla caramel, as if a touch of fine butter has been added, like butter toffee. It’s sweet and delicious, yet not cloying. While gourmands usually give me fatigue and headaches, this one doesn’t. It smells elegant, not burnt sugar, and the complexity is evident in how it evolves.
