  I just tried it and I loved it. It’s delicious, very refined and elegant, with a beautiful sillage. You can tell it’s a rich oriental floral, and best of all, it lasts a long time.

  I bought the set blind and it hasn’t disappointed me at all. It’s very pleasant, nothing intrusive, ideal for daily use. The only downside is that neither the bottle nor the contents are very original, but you can tell it’s made with good quality materials, so if you can get it at a good price, it’s worth it.

  It’s a rich and elegant perfume. Like most of Francis Kurkdjian’s creations, it’s a hit. L’Absolu de Carven is sweet, but floral, not cloying. I see it as perfect for everyday wear without being intrusive, ideal for the office. After the mandarin, what stands out most on my skin is the ylang-ylang, neroli, jasmine, and patchouli. Perhaps it’s not the most innovative, but if you catch it on sale as I did, it’s a gem that few talk about. Sillage is soft to moderate and lasts about 7 hours. Scent 7.5/10, Longevity 7/10, Sillage 7/10. Value for money: 4/10 at regular price, 7/10 at what I paid (a third of the cost). Versatility 8/10, Packaging 7/10. Would I buy it again? Probably.

Perhaps it’s not the most innovative in its range, but if you catch it on sale as I did, it’s a gem that almost no one talks about. The sillage is moderate to soft and lasts about 7 hours.   They gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago. I only knew the L’eau de toilette version before, but this is a stunning white floral. I absolutely love it in winter for that floral sweetness from the ylang-ylang, jasmine, and neroli—it gives off a sense of light, which is exactly what’s needed at this time of year. It does hold up in summer if it’s not too hot or is evening, as it has a sexy and elegant touch that makes it ideal. It fixes well on clothes and lasts more than a day. The sillage is light to moderate, conveying warmth, but it’s not my best option in the height of daytime heat. The bottle is simple yet very elegant. I won’t be repurchasing for now, but I wear it and adore it; in fact, it came with me to my Christmas parties.

  They gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago. I hadn’t tried it before, only knew the L’eau de toilette version. It’s a very floral fragrance, dominated by white flowers. I like to wear it in winter because for me it’s sweet, a floral sweetness thanks to the ylang-ylang, jasmine, and neroli. I love white flowers because they convey light, and at this time of year that feeling is appreciated. But I also use it in summer if it’s not too hot or is evening, as it has several facets: elegant, feminine, formal, and even with a touch of sexiness. It has good fixation on clothes and lasts more than a day. It leaves a sillage between light and moderate. It conveys warmth due to that sweetness, so it’s not a good companion in summer heat as I mentioned earlier. The packaging is simple but very elegant. I don’t think I’ll repeat it for now, but I enjoy it immensely when I wear it. In fact, it came with me to the Christmas parties.
