At first, the sage made me throw a tantrum; it’s so prominent it sounds metallic and sharp, mixed with green leaves, coriander and a hint of geranium. The base is the best part: traditional, ambered, musky with sandalwood. The longevity is good and it leaves a strong trail if applied generously. If the sage weren’t so aggressive, I’d have liked it more; I miss the bolder Animale scents from before, like the originals or Temptation. This smells very classic and a bit dull. The good thing is it’s cheap and long-lasting. It’s for older people who enjoy kitchen herbs. If you hate sage, this isn’t for you.
