It dries down to smell almost identical to Prada L’Homme. I’m surprised no one has mentioned this before.

It says unisex, but it feels quite unfeminine. The D by Diesel smells of pure lavender, like Palmolive soap mixed with a Rexona cotton deodorant.

It’s unisex, though some say it’s not very masculine. To me, it smells like pure lavender, akin to Palmolive soap mixed with a Rexona cotton deodorant.

On my skin, the sweet resin takes centre stage, with a rather plain lavender. Meh… It feels generic, like a cheaper version of Carolina Herrera. I think it suits a twenty-something who doesn’t want to spend much on an acceptable scent for class or a night out at the pub.

Reading the reviews, I was surprised to see most people dislike it, whereas I find it spectacular. It leaves a trail noticeable from 5-6 metres upon application; admittedly, it fades later, but it doesn’t resemble anything else, which adds originality. The price is excellent and the quality/quantity are reasonable. If you’re looking for something unobtrusive, this is ideal; perfect for daily wear or semi-formal outings. You’ll receive compliments for that sweet, playful touch. It’s the perfect perfume to smell good without drawing attention.

I picked it up very cheaply and use it for the beach or the gym. On these occasions, the limited trail and projection are a plus, as you don’t want to bother others. It has a very fresh, slightly citrusy lavender scent, but nothing spectacular.

Been using it for a while and it has spectacular longevity for the price: up to eight or ten hours and on clothes for a day. I wouldn’t have paid a penny for it. To me, it smells like Le Male Elixir, except this is pure vanilla and lavender and doesn’t evolve like the original. If you like the opening of Le Male but not its evolution, this is 100% recommended.

I’ve been using it for a while and, in my opinion, it has spectacular longevity relative to the price: it lasts 8-10 hours and on clothes all day. I wouldn’t have given a penny for it. To me, it smells exactly like Le Male Elixir, except this is pure vanilla and lavender and doesn’t evolve like Le Male Elixir. If you like the opening of Le Male Elixir but not its evolution (as was my case), this is 100% recommended.

Pleasant but adds nothing new. Very common, citrusy and fresh scent (the lavender is noticeable, but slightly), with a longevity of about 4 hours and a relatively scarce trail. Aimed at young people.

I find it super citrusy… there’s a note that doesn’t quite close for me… I don’t detect the lavender, and being an EDT, it’s super strong.

I tried a sample today. It’s a rich, semi-sweet scent but somewhat overpowering because there are no stage changes. Herbal with a predominance of lavender. I must say it resembles Blue Supreme by Esika very closely. Just as flat, in fact (the scent hardly changes over time). If you want this scent in a much cheaper version, buy the Esika one.

Nothing like Armani Code or its line; a rich scent but the ginger note at the start is heavy. Tried it yesterday, lasts around eight hours and projects strongly at first. I’d see it for fresh days; it feels oppressive in the heat. On balance, it’s good, but given the price there are better options, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

Honestly, one of many: nothing special but not bad either. Youthful, fresh, uncomplicated, unisex and fun for any occasion. I expected more but it hasn’t displeased me. If you spot a deal, you know what to expect; it’s like the new generation of Calvin Klein made by Diesel. It doesn’t come close to Code, which is another world; this is more youthful, closer to Paco or Calvin.

It doesn’t smell bad, nor does it smell good. Ginger, lavender and vanilla from start to finish, flat and without development. Reminds me a bit of Paco Rabanne’s Phantom, but less sweet and lacking the strength, projection and trail. It’s a generic and unisex, youthful scent. I wouldn’t wear it myself, but it’s suitable for a walk, staying at home or relaxing before bed. Totally agree with Eucalipto and Lmiranda.

The opening evokes summer fields; the lavender dominates, then the ginger blends with something sweet, anise, not vanilla. The lavender persists throughout the dry down. I’d see it for spring or summer if it’s not too hot, as it can be overwhelming. Medium longevity with a wide trail. It will surely remind you of many other perfumes.

In the dry down it smells almost identical to Invictus Victory, nearly a clone. Surprising for Diesel, it has good longevity and projection without being overpowering. If you own Victory, it’s not worth it; if not, it’s a worthy and cheaper alternative.

Went to the perfumeries looking for novelties and came across the D by Diesel. The opening is spicy; the lavender appears but is overwhelmed by very strong ginger. Although the fizziness fades, that fizzy ginger sensation remains, then the vanilla enters and lasts until the end. There’s nothing more to say: it’s a simple perfume, from the box to the contents. Flat scent, no personality and poor performance. I don’t understand how brands spend money on this; it’s like peeing without letting any drop out.
