  Taking advantage of La Rive’s ridiculously low prices, I bought this fragrance, but the scent didn’t convince me, along with its short longevity and poor sillage.

  I bought it; it smells very nice but only lasts about six hours. You can’t ask for more given its economical value, and it smells expensive. A dupe of Dior’s Sauvage.

  A price that nobody beats, though you shouldn’t expect the scent to be incredible either. A good smell, rich and ideal for spending little… it won’t hurt your wallet, so go for it.

  I own several La Rive fragrances, some of which are excellent. While Extreme Story isn’t one of them, it’s still a decent purchase. It’s sweet, universally liked, and not intrusive. On my skin, it lasts about six hours with a 1-2 hour projection, before settling into a personal bubble where I occasionally catch the bursts when I move. On clothing, it comfortably lasts 8-9 hours. I use between 8 and 10 sprays; given the price, it doesn’t hurt to go heavy on it. It’s pleasant but not a compliment-getter, at least in my experience. The notes I detect most are lavender, amber, and patchouli. It’s a fairly well-executed dupe of Dior’s Sauvage; if you don’t want to splash out on the original without smelling it, try this inspiration instead.

  It’s an imitation of Dior Homme Sauvage but with a more synthetic tone, less power and sillage. It’s not bad; it has an alcoholic opening for a few seconds before leaving a rich, clean scent.

  For 8 euros you get 75ml of the Sauvage scent, with less performance than the original, which is normal, but with decent longevity and projection for what it is. Totally recommended if you’re not an ultra-fastidious nose. It’s a proper clone.

  What more can I say when everything has already been said? It resembles Sauvage, but of lower quality. It has good longevity for the price; I paid $12 for the 75 ml bottle. A 7/10.

  Forget about expecting magic; it’s a light version that smells nice for a couple of hours before fading away. It’s not the original, just a memory. Out of the three I’ve tried from this brand, the only one truly worth it is Heroic.

  I use it for working out; if it’s under 25 degrees, it lasts just enough, but it lingers much more on clothing.
