  1. Despite trying it several times, it never really took to me; it has a slightly plastic note. It’s not an Altair clone, but it follows that line and smells much better than Odyssey Aoud. The best advice is to try them before deciding.

  2. Canary Scent

I’m using it fresh, without maceration. It smells strong, with a very pronounced oud and a slight, wearable animalic touch. It feels musky and a bit sweet. Be careful with the atomisation. It’s best for cold weather or evenings, though it can be worn anytime (just don’t leave it in a hot, closed car or it will be ruined). It’s very well put together and the quality shows.

  3. It’s an elegant fragrance, in the same vein as Oud for Glory, but more versatile thanks to that noticeable bergamot. Although it’s not on the list, it smells of leather, my favourite note. It was my pick of the three Club Lions (the other two are more for women). Very masculine, it lasts well and projects nicely. If you’re buying blind, the other two in the saga (Rugir and Monarque) are safer bets. Féroce is definitely for those who love oud or leather.
