For Attention by NIVIRU

I’ve tried the Niviru set and For Attention is, if not my favourite, certainly the second. It has two clear phases, little evolution, but it smells amazing, even to me who isn’t a cherry fan. The opening is pure red heart-shaped lollipop, spot on. As it dries, that cherry sits on a clean base thanks to the orange blossom; sweet yet with a fresh undertone. It’s unisex, perfect for her and very striking for him, just as the name suggests. I see it as super versatile: it will shine in summer, autumn and spring, less so in extreme cold. My story with this goes back two years to Cherry Ink by Lorenzo Pazzaglia, the niche that opened my eyes at All Yours in Barcelona. Although I no longer buy from them as I seek new things, For Attention has brought me that same moment of discovery. They aren’t identical but they vibrate the same, that cherry lollipop. At 70€ for the bottle, it will surely end up in my home. Lasting power is decent, around six hours, it stays in a personal bubble; if you get close, people notice.

Interesting and very pleasant cherry. It’s light, easy to wear, with a springtime and even summery soul compared to heavier cherries. Fruity and almond opening that dries into wood with a touch of sweetness. Moderate performance, but for the price it’s very well achieved. Ideal as a signature for work or daily use, nothing intrusive. A brilliant proposal from this Spanish house.

I’m not usually a cherry fan, but after trying the discovery set, this one has won me over with its originality and longevity on my skin, which is often tricky. The opening is sharp at first, then settles into a very pleasant, sweet vanilla note, leaving a subtle signature. It might seem feminine, but I see it as unisex and a great differentiator for men, which I love. With the set discount, I bought my two favourites at a fantastic price. Excellent work.

A very good fragrance worth buying. Perfect, modern, fresh and fruity aroma with an almond note that gives it an interesting twist. Good longevity and projection. Recommended mainly for women. My 18-year-old daughter is thrilled; it’s very fruity without falling into the current gourmand trend. I’ve bought it again and will keep doing so; it’s distinctive.

A delightful fragrance with a bitter almond opening, a treat. I see it as unisex, slightly leaning feminine, but very usable by men too. My wife and my daughter loved it and are wearing it; it’s their favourite of the three they own. Good fixation and trail, especially at the start. Another great job by Niviru and Valerie Bessone.

For Attention by NIVIRU is a promising attempt by these young perfumers. I tried it from a decant last week for two days. Main notes: cherry, almond and vanilla. Upon application, the cherry stands out first, vibrant though slightly synthetic. The almond adds creaminess and sweetness, while the vanilla softens without dominating. As it evolves, the cherry softens and the almond takes the lead, an interesting mix but with room for improvement. Decent longevity, 6-7 hours, moderate projection. It’s a good start for NIVIRU (11:11 is yet to be tried), but it lacks that touch of sophistication from an established house. Promising but with a way to go. If you like cherry and almond, it’s worth trying, but don’t expect a masterpiece.

After trying it several times after buying it blind, my opinion is that it has high quality and smells attractive. It opens with a very marked cherry and the almond is noticeable at the start. The vanilla and wood support it continuously. It’s a gourmand scent, natural and striking. Good longevity, around six hours, and the trail too. I feel it’s versatile; I’ve used it in high temperatures and by moderating sprays it went very well. Although it seems more for cold due to the sweetness, I’ll also use it on mild or hot days with fewer sprays. Great surprise. I don’t usually write reviews or buy without testing, but I took a risk following the creators on YouTube and it was a success. It’s different from my collection and the 60€ are justified. If they continue releasing good and original scents at fair prices, I’m eager to see their next launches. Congratulations to the creators and the perfumer!
