AJMAL INCENSE WOOD: What a piece of perfume, of unsurpassable quality. It seems to be a fragrance aged for several decades, an aroma of woods treated in a sawmill, incensed, and as if fruited with a smoky touch present throughout its life. It is so fine and well-crafted that it stands apart from fragrances even from niche houses; a Tom Ford seems like a child in comparison to this robust, overwhelming, and distinguished aroma, which exudes an air of total superiority in quality. Gentlemen, here is a pure-blooded perfume, of eccentric pedigree, of the highest quality I have ever tried. Such an exquisite combination that it easily takes over the scene and makes it clear that there are levels even within the niche category. Not because it is expensive is it better; there may be more costly works, but in terms of essence, I do not believe I have ever perceived a perfume so extraordinarily well-realised in my life. Especially for cold climates, it is elegant and potent for special occasions. Wonderful, spectacular, simply magnificent and fabulous. For incense lovers, in my taste and knowledge, it is the best. Scent: 10+1. Projection: Good, 3 hours without issue. Longevity: 8 hours on skin, 10 on clothes. Highly recommended.

A tremendous hit from the Ajmal house. Incense Wood starts off extremely potent, with an incense that is perhaps a little rough, but whose evolution is masterful. It gives the impression of being linear, with the incense flooding everything, strong and dominant… but as time passes, it takes on a slightly sweet facet in its deep burnt wood. After 30 minutes, a more serious character emerges, the union of wonderful resinous, woody, and incandescent effluvia, creating a unique atmosphere that could be termed spiritual. It is extremely striking; whoever wears it will attract attention. It plays with many elements and sensations, having both a seductive and spiritual, almost religious facet. It is seductive in its quality and presence: whoever wears it will leave a powerful trail that will leave no one indifferent. Curiously, perhaps in romantic situations it is not the best option due to its potency and type of aroma. Its bottle is as beautiful as its interior and its performance is excellent. A great fragrance from the Ajmal house.

A work of art, a masterpiece, spectacular. I agree with all the reviews published here. It is pure refined Oriental opulence, with a magnificent blend where the incense note is the star, adding that characteristic smoky and resinous touch. It has a certain sweetness and creaminess, and its performance on the skin is brutally good, making it one of the best I’ve tried in perfumery overall, considering all segments. Bravo Ajmal!

Last Christmas, my good friend Alberto Durazo gave me a super gift (without diminishing the others, it was the best of the season): a lovely box containing 12 decants from his private collection. I already knew I liked some, and he chose others, and they were all wonderful. But this one in particular (Incense Wood) will be the first I buy once my current supply runs out.

A unique fragrance with EDP performance. A majestic incense that guides the entire work. Complex and seductive, reminiscent of Dark Rebel and Loewe 7 Anónimo if compared to designer scents. Ideal for seduction and with a dress code. The packaging is luxurious. You need presence to wear it; it is not for novices. Top quality/price. A must-have piece for collectors.

It arrived and I’ve only just tried it, but I believe it’s the most beautiful incense perfume I’ve smelled in a very long time. What quality, what elegance, so crisp and refined—a true spectacle. I’m already smitten and haven’t even had it on for an hour. I’ll update once I’ve used it more, but for now, I can say with total certainty that this is a PERFUMON.

I’ve just arrived and only just tried it, but it could be the most beautiful incense I’ve smelled in muuuuch time. What quality, elegance, so crisp and fine. A true spectacle that has won me over in an hour. I’ll update once I use it more, but I already say: this is a PERFUMON.

Exquisite! It seems like a blend of Black Afgano and the incense from Loewe 7, with a touch of rare but rich smoked paprika. I don’t know how to explain it, it is the best I’ve tried in the Arab niche category.
