  I love this scent! They say it’s an ‘Oriental Fougère’, but to me it smells more like oriental spices. The spices (pepper, cinnamon, etc.) are the stars, along with the amber, although sometimes it’s hard to distinguish. The citrus notes stay in the background against the woody and spicy elements. When I smell it, it reminds me of the sophistication of the new British middle class, even with a nostalgic touch. Age: +30. Weather: -25°C (cool). I owe the data on longevity and sillage to testing it in the shop on blotting paper or cardboard.

  A great Jaguar fragrance, price-to-quality ratio of ten. It’s amber-based; I notice the cinnamon and apple a lot, smells fantastic. The sillage and longevity are moderate with just four sprays. I don’t feel it’s similar to anything I’ve tried before. The price is ridiculous for what it offers, plus the bottle looks very refined.

  This is the fourth from this line I own and they’re all on another level, incredible quality. This smells different from the others, perhaps a bit like DKNY Be Delicious Men. I recommend it blindly. By the way, the Green Jaguar has superb longevity, almost like Giacomo by Giacomo.

  What really stands out is the cedar and cinnamon, without a doubt. The problem is it doesn’t last long, but what a beautiful aroma for cold days.

  Very pleasant scent, it doesn’t shout but it certainly pleases, and the price is spot on. Here, the Virginia cedar and amber steal the show; perfect for going out at night all year round, though it’s absolutely brilliant in winter. It’s good, but if it had better projection, it would be perfect. People compare it to Tom Ford Noir, yes, but this one is softer and sweeter; the TF is more intense, deep and smoky. Watch out, there’s a trick: rub unscented vaseline on your skin and the perfume lasts longer. I’m not saying if it’s good or bad, it’s brilliant, just that the sillage isn’t huge, but you know how to fix that.

  Super elegant fragrance, perfect for showing off style and class. It really shines at night and in the cold, when the cinnamon, apple, leather and amber notes truly come alive. Longevity is average and the sillage is a bit weak, but it’s a lovely scent that’s best enjoyed close to the skin. My rating: 6.5/10
